Bought a Generator at Harbor Freight, the quality was very bad chinese made and as expected from a low quality chinese product it just did not work well so i went back to return it with a receipt less than 30 days old and they will not take it back, it seems all their merchandise is cheap chinese made stuff, they seem to buy the cheapest and lowest quality stuff so that they can get it a the lowest price and maximize their profit with NO REGARDS to their customers basically their bottom line is to make money and screw the customer and when you try to return something they will give you a hard time and try not to take it back because they know that if they take all returns having so many due to poor quality they will be out of business so watch out.

I learned about Harbor Freight when it was just an online store with not many outlets, so when I saw one open up I was ecstatic. They great prices for tools for all the different trades: landscaping, auto, woodwork, home repair, and plumbing. They dont have everything that you might want, but they have lots of little specialty tools. You will definitely save some money on the one tool youre looking for or a backup tool for something you already own. The staff is not always the most knowledgeable, but the management will do its best to help you find the things you need... if you ask nicely.

When I need a tool no matter what kind it is I have always found it here and the price has been very reasonable. The people that work there all seems to be very nice and helpful. there are a few that have no idea what you are looking for and will send you the wrong way to the wrong item but all in all mostly I find it myself and they are helpful. The cashiers nice and friendly too. However they do need a bigger store to spread tthings out a little more than they are now.

Cheap tools that are good for most around the home projects, but I wouldnt recommend for heavy use. I go here often for the sales. The jacks and engine lifts work great. I have 2 of the big took boxes and they are great. Be sure to buy the took boxes with the patent number riveted to the inside of the drawers. It was a original snapon tool box. Anyhow be sure to sign up for the mailer.

Went on their website looking for a magnetic sweeper with wheels and when I called the local store in pompano to see if they carried in stock, they said yes we have them. When I went into the store, everyone was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed and more. Would definitely go back again. Really good prices too!

This place serves a very specific purpose. Cheap tools. Theyre not there to teach you how to use them or go out of their way to find you something specific. If you want someone to hold your hand and give you a lifetime warranty, go to Sears. If you need a specific, cheap and light-duty tool, this is your place.

I have never waited in line more then 5 mins with ten people In front of me. Very I inexpensive tools & hardware. Maybe not for the professional but I sure see plenty shopping in there. If you need tools and not a LOGO you will appreciate. Dont forget to take the free item coupons.

I have had enough of harbor freight. Always have 4 employees behind the registers but only working one or two registers while the others just chit chat. Should install a couple of self checkout registers for me to want to come back again.

Great Cheap tools that are disposable, very friendly. Only problem is plan on waiting for 30 min to check out. Almost unbearable to stop in for something.
