Ive been coming here for over 2 years and always had great service. Today I called to see how much my prescription would be. The lady that answered the phone stated she was the manager and she makes the rules and she wouldnt tell me how much my prescriptions would be. I arrived at the store and spoke to Greg (always great) the pharmacist and he told me to speak to her. Admitted I was kinda upset at being treated like an idiot. I pointed at her and told her she was rude. She then said go someplace else! I dont care about your budget or what you need. I then went to the back and filled my prescription and remarked to Dustin that I wont be returning! He said thats fine . I thanked Greg for being great. Where did this woman learn her customer service skills? She definitely needs to step back and value a customer that spends $400-$500 per month on medication. Go figure....

My family has been using this drug store for 9 or 10 years now. If youre looking for a pharmacist who cares about his patients and an excellent all-round drug store, look no further! Greg is always ready to help us through any insurance glitch or emergency need. He knows his stuff and trains his staff very well, too. He takes care to stock hard-to-find items that serve his customers needs better than the items more commonly available at cookie-cutter drug stores. An example is Flents Ear Stopples, which are better ear plugs than the ones most drug stores carry. Greg carries them because the life guards at Delray Beach like them (I do too).

The entire staff is of the most professional and efficient in the industry. There is a reason they are the preferred pharmacy destination every time I see a doctor. Greg and his team truly care and will go above and beyond for their customers, something that doesnt seem to exist very much in Florida.

Greatest staff I have ever seen in a pharmacy! Superior pharmacy service but also has cute locally crafted gift items for sale. Hats, candles, lotions, soaps, beach items. Unique Childrens toys in case you are on vacation with bored little ones and its raining and cant get to the beach that day.
