Horrible customer service by registered pharmacist Liz. Clueless, cold, no solid answers to why Rx med wasnt filled after the Dr and Drs Assistant calling three times prior since 2:30pm . Unable to interpret Rx. Liz Must Learn caring services to deal with the public, cant believe shes a pharmacist. Lack of compassion to the patients was Truly lacking. Her unwillingness to pick up the phone after three pharmacy techs transferred the is unacceptable and four phone calls later. Its sad I had to translate the Rx and recommend her to look into the Drs sent email Rx through the Patient Portal. By the time Liz understood, it was nearly 12a.m. Midnight Closing time. Its Unfortunate to the Hollywood Taft Walgreens to hire an Unqualified Registered Pharmacist which should be demoted and reevaluated. To the rest... Mr David the other Pharmacist, Melvin the Pharmacy Technician great, courteous service.

The pharmacy tech Angel bordona lied to me right to my face. He told me that they have not carried my perscription for the past 8 months. I filled my perscription there for the past 3 months. The pharmacist David Derby continued to discriminate because of my age. He was not my normal pharmacist. Do to not filling my medication I have not been able to work because of the chronic pain I endure. I have lost my job and dont know how I will support my family.

There is always really long lines when I come here. Half the time I dont even bother going because what should be a 5 minute trip turns to a half hour. They need more staff at this store or faster cashier.

Everytime I go to this store, there is someone outside begging for money, mentioned it several times to management but they seem not to care, also checkout is a friggin nightmare

Great place! I know all of the staff, Im saddened that the pharmacy now closes at 12. It was 24 hrs like the store.
