Over the last 5 years me and my wife have shopped and picked up medication from this CVS and was happy shopping here but on 08/27/2016 our experience was less than acceptable. While trying to pick up some medicine thru the drive thru the pharmacy tech asked us to come inside due to an issue with my wifes identification. Everything was correct except my wifes day of birth was wrong. After we came inside and asked why we had to come inside if my wife picked up medication from here for 5+ years and never had a problem why was it a problem now since she had her ID, her address was the same? While tryingredients to get an explanation from the Tech, the Pharmacist Debora Rosental came out and was very very rude and actually said to me in her own words " I want you out" which shocked me. Even as a Pharmacist she is required to provide good customer service and that is not what I received. After that experience I doubt that we will be buying or filling and more prescriptionspecifically at CVS.

Im giving it one star because there is no 0. I came to the store today with a shampoo I bought a week ago and it had conditioner inside instead .As weird as it sounds (maybe because of the manufacturer). When I went to the shelves to get a new shampoo and exchange it. All tresemme shampoos bottles had conditioner inside. I decided to get a shampoo from another brand. i went to the register to told the cashier about it. I wanted a refund from the one I was bringing but I did not have a receipt. She told me that I took both shampoos from the shelves. I told her to watch the cameras to see how I brought one from home . She did not want to watch the cameras maybe because her lazy as body did not feel like it. So i ended up buying my new shampoo and keeping the conditioner for nothing. Really bad experience.

This place is pretty ghetto. Every time I go here Im harassed by a homeless man for money. The inside of the store is always a mess. Employees dont seem to care and they are always out of whatever is on sale.

I did not have a good experience with CVS today I waited on the phone 15 minutes to speak to pharmacy and I had to call back twice not good customer service
