I give 3 stars because the staff at the front and the sales floor was great, even the guy I spoke to before going in was nice. My issue was the Indian lady working at the pharmacy counter that night. I had called to have my prescription refilled earlier, but I had new insurance so the guy told me to bring in my new card and he would have it ready for me. When I arrived that night, the lady was taking care of a customer at the drive through and she seemed to be visibly upset, so I just waited patiently by the sign. My husband asked me why I didnt go up to the counter and let her know I waiting. I said she seemed upset at something and I was afraid she might turn around and snap at me to wait. When she finished with the customer and came over to me, I started to hand her my insurance cards and tried to explain to her that I called earlier and my prescription was already done, I just needed to bring in the cards for the new insurance. Before I could finish what I was saying, she just cut me off, asks me very abruptly for my last name, which I then told her it was written on the bankcard I just handed her. The whole time she remained with a scowl on her face while helping us. I understand things and people get You upset, but you dont take it out on other people.

Pharmacy is horrible! Told me my insurance wouldnt cover my sons prescription because it is only is given to adults which I was livid to find out since a hospital is the one who prescribed It just to find out the next day that there was an error on their part. Had my insurance call them to explain the error and no one would get on the phone. Finally called myself to talk to a manager to find out that that pharmacy cant even make the medicine. 2 days and my son still doesnt have the medicine!! Horrible customer service and not knowledgeable about medicine at all.

Dont take passport photos here, took two attempts to finally take a photo here. Last time we came had to wait over an hr for them to print the photo. When we went back, they threw it away because there was no name for the photos?.. Second time was much much better. Faster.
