Super unprofessional pharmacy staff - the pharmacy tech hung up on me and would not wait for me not even forty seconds to find information -- informed me incorrectly, when I walked into the store I was told that medication would be ready in an hour, once I called I was told that medication was waiting to be cleared by my insurance and that I didnt have any insurance information on file (having had multiple prescriptions filled at this location before) after the pharmacy tech hung up on me I called again and was forwarded to another location where I was greeted by you guessed it another rude technician who informed me that my medication was not covered at the time and that they would not have an estimated time for when my prescription might be ready or for when my insurance might clear the medication under a high tier coverage expensive copayment -- super unprofessional, nobody know what theyre doing and four calls in I find out I cant get my medication, Im really upset and have nothing but negative things to say about this pharmacy and its staff specifically the main technician on the clock at 10:00 PM and the really rude technician I was forwarded to at a different location close to this one -- try CVS.

Worst customer service ever! Walgreens is seriously the worst pharmacy ever. When I dropped of my Rx they told me that they had both and that it would be only 20-30 minutes. An hour+ later and now they dont have one of them and decided to not tell me! Take your business else where this store should be avoided at all costs.

No matter how far in advance you order prescriptions, the moment you arrive it is still "pending" (aka they didnt bother to fill it) and ask you wait for 15 minutes. Whats the point of calling in advance or having your doctor send them the information hours prior? Never have this issue at other locations.

Prescription was put in by miami children urgent care late at night. As soon as i left i drove to pick it up about 10 min drive. Almost no wait in drive thru and prescription was ready. Super friendly staff as well. Great first experience at this walgreens.

I cant explain what horrible customer service the pharmacy has.. I had to go to pick up my daughters prescription 3 times because they said it was ready and it wasnt and then when it was. It was the wrong prescription...the lines are long all the time.

Clean, new, and remodeled Walgreens. Clinic takes forever. I got here at 10am and it is 1:30pm. Good Walgreens but doesnt have a fast clinic.
