Los medicamentos recetados se demoran muchas horas en estar listos y algunas veses lo dan incompletos sin explicar cuáles fueron los motivos . El trato no es el mejor y no son capaces de llamarte para ayudarte en una solución de otro medicamento posible

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in to ask about an over the counter infant tylonel for my baby and the pharmacy tech "Delmi" told me strait up that she would not do it. Apparently it was too hard for her to process an over the counter product via my insurance and directed me to go to another CVS in the area. She had "too may prescriptions to do" and it was HOURS before close. I complained to corporate and received a corny email, probably automatically generated.

Always clean and the products are neatly organized. I go to this store regularly and everyone, including pharmacy staff, is always nice and helpful. I love their cvs bucks and if you fill prescriptions regularly, after so many filled, you automatically get $5 cvs bucks. Sometimes the drive thru takes a while if there is more than one car in the line, but if youre not wanting to drag kiss in to pick up/drop off a prescription, then its well worth the wait.

Walked in to buy a can of dog food the cashier asked if my wife was hungry when I spoke to Jose the manager about it I was told their was nothing he could do you tell me whats wrong with this I have never had a problem with cvs until today anyone who shops their I feel agrees with people being treated like this I say they should be fired for this

Horrible service . Specially on the pharmacy they never have the medications on stock and the person that have the license to order it is always on vacation NEVER ENOUGH SUPPlIES.

Bad customer service at the pharmacy ... They have a lot of employee for nothing because they to slow . have to stay 30 min just to pick up a medication and happens all the time
