My wife had to wait in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes only to find out when she reached the feont that she had to get into another line to talk to a pharmacy assistant about her prescription renewal. She waited in that line while the people behind the pharmacy counter made eye contact with her but no one went to assist her. Finally, after about 10 more minutes she had to voice her need for assistance out loud before someone came to help her. To add a final disgrace to her visit, after helping her, somewhat indignantly, she was told that she would once again have to go to the end of the pharmacy pickup line that she had already spent 20 minutes waiting in and await her turn. Calling the manager on duty solved the problem but only after several of the attendants found enough time to come forward to insist that she had no choice but to stand in line again. Imagine that. They never had time to assist her when she was first in line to speak about her prescription renewal, but they had plenty of time to come forward from their duties to insist that she go to the end of the line. Talk about poor service. This is the worst Ive seen.

I am so over the lines at this location. I attempted to have my husbands prescription filled 3 different times today, and each time the lines were long and barely moving. My husband had just had surgery; I waited 20 minutes to drop off the prescription, which I dont think is too short a time to expect for drop off, but couldnt wait any longer because my husband could not be left alone for long periods of time due to his surgery. I left without the prescription filled each time. There was only one associate at the drop off register and one at pick up, despite having many people working behind the counter. Every time I come here to pick up his medication, its the same thing. Going to transfer persceiptions elsewhere.

Prepare to wait in line here this is were the Hialeah chusmas come to go at it since they have nothing better to do they go to the drop of area and talk talk talk the main pharmacist is always yapping on the phone and no one else wants to help this place is for lack of a Better word buenísima basura. Its amazing that the employees havent been changed out by corporate, I can agree in giving customers attention but when that customer starts talking crap about politics and other crap instead of what your at the pharmacy for thats when you need to say Im sorry but if I may I have others that are here to drop and go.

The customer service and line here is ridiculous. CVS needs to hire an industrial engineer or systems engineer to streamline their pharmacy operations. I stood in line from 7:23 pm to 8:13 pm to drop off a few prescriptions. I really dont understand. If your insurance doesnt cover the prescription, it doesnt cover it period. Well, it took me 12 minutes to complete my drop off but couldnt fill one rx because they never get it at this location even if they ordered it. They recommended To go to a different CVS. Unfortunately I cant use Walgreens because of my insurance. God help us!

I been using this pharmacy for a year now and never had an issue. Never have I seen the line to the pharmacy counter out the door. My prescription gets refilled automatically and I get phone calls and text messages to let me know my prescription is ready for pick up. The staff has been very helpful and courteous with me during my visits. Sometimes they get busy and try to help everyone that requires assistance and therefore someone ele has to wait longer. Overal, I am very happy with the service and convince of this particular CVS pharmacy.

I called CVS tonight to check to see if my meds were in on the first call I was on hold for 10 minutes on the second call I was on hold for an hour while I was driving towards the store when I got to the store no one knew nothing the manager that was there told me I had to speak to the doctor which the doctor was on vacation so I had to speak to somebody else that was no help whatsoever therefore I left without my medication I wasted time and gas for unprofessional help that theyre offering worst service ever

Literally the worst pharmacy in all of existence. The line is always out the door, around the corner, and across the street. If you need to pick up a prescription just make sure you bring a lawn chair so you can sit in the ridiculously long line that DOESNT MOVE. Its worse than Disney world. Switch to Walgreens as soon as you can because by the time you pick up your medicine you will have already died from old age. Boom. Roasted.

I will keep it quick and to the point -waited 15 mins to drop off prescription because the employee was answering phones and taking prescriptions at the same time. Phone rang the whole time I was there. - dropped off at 6pm. Was told it would not be ready til 10:30pm. For pills and eye drops. - got a text the next day at 9 am that it was ready. Good thing it wasnt life or death.

This CVS is literally the WORST. The pharmacy line is the longest. Once you get to the counter, 10 years later, congratulations! you played yourself. Your medicine still isnt ready. So you go to the bathroom since youve been in line forever and you find a HUMID bathroom. So you go back in line and wait another decade. If you want to live a happy and youthful life, go to Walgreens.

Once you get to the people, they are nice and attentive but it takes forever and dont even try call the pharmacy because you will never get someone. I have been 15 minutes on hold and when they answer they said "please hold" and dont give a chance to say anything. I have experience this several times. It is frustrating.

Very rude and lazy. Told me they couldnt help me even though I toke my prescription and insurance. Went across the street to Walgreens and was out of there in 15 min with my meds. I Have had many small negative interactions with this CVS. I guess customer future value distruction is common practice at this location.

I agree with the other people that the pharmacy is pitiful in their lack of customer service, thanks God Ive rarely used them, but i do have to say that the manager and the assistant manager Olinda are just wonderful, and I dont shop at any other cvs for the past 23 years.
