I’m extremely disappointed at the service and treatment my mom received at your pharmacy at 7229 W Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderhill, FL 33313 on 10/21/14. My mom’s doctor sent a prescription to your store and my mom called to inquire. Your tech asked my mom for her insurance card information, my mom gave her the card info but your tech insisted that’s not the number and proceeded to scream at her. (where do they do this?) After all the screaming, my mom asked to your tech her name and she refused to give it. When my mom asked for her supervisor, she hung up on her. My mom called back and finally got your manager on duty at that time Mohamed. He tried to convince my mom it was a misunderstanding. My mom inquired how is a hang up and a refusal to give a name a misunderstanding. My mom asked if that’s how you treat your customers and would call your corporate number, he said to go ahead. My mom explained she could take her business elsewhere, his exact response was you guys have plenty of other customers and did not need her business. Needless to say, my mom went back and took bac the prescription and they were reluctant to give it to her. She got her prescription and got it filled without the attitude and rudeness. He and my dad will be transferring all their prescriptions to CVS along with the rest of my family. I made sure to share my experience on my Facebook and the other social media sites to let others know how much you value your customers. Very sad how you guys treat seniors at that store.

I have never been so humiliated in my life! After receiving "help" from 4 different employees I still left the store 30 minutes later without being helped. The manager and assistant made me feel like a second class citizen when all I wanted was a poster size picture of my daughters wedding. After expressing my displeasure with inadequate help the assistant manager said the photo machine was not working I guess because I asked them to confirm the price. The chair that they had for customers to sit in was so badly ripped and damaged til the stuffing was coming out.
