me too, I had a problem with this guy called DARWIN. I shop there very often, and I learned in a hard way that he hates to be bothered when you ask him help. I went there the other day to exchange a cologne, and he said that he would not serve me because I would take him way form whatever he was doing; However, he was the person in charge to do the exchange. additionally, he was the person that did my bill before, and kept saying that the receipt was not correct; although, he was the one who inputted the numbers on the computer because the item was not scanning. Shame on him, only at this CVS location an employee can refuse to assist a customer!

Este CVS es una vergüenza! Nos encontramos con desatención y maltrato al cliente y hasta presenciamos cómo se maltrata a sus propios empleados. Un store que no cuida ni a sus clientes ni a sus empleados. En resumen, son el ejemplo vivo de una muy mala administración.

I was at this store today. This place is extremely unfriendly and racist towards Asian. Darwin a Latino male who ignored me when I asked where the cold medicine was and helped other customers. I had to ask him twice, then he replied. When I was checking out at the self checkout, he did not help when the register was down and helped other and ignored me again. Since I dont look like a native Spanish speaker I was treated and looked at with disrespect. Its a shame that Cvs, a national company which employes racist and ignorant staff.

The in the Pharmacy treat people very Badly, lack of customer service.... And there is a Girl with Drekloks she is disrepectful with co-workers and Customer.... and the man that works at the Pharmacy very disrespectful too... the only nice person was Klara how was trying to help and those that I mentioned before were disrespectful eith her as well... Not a good Pharmacy to go.... shame shame... bad service!

90% of the people who work her are so rude, and that number is being generous. The machines to keep things cold is bad and most the drink are warm. You get absolutely no help in the shopping lines and when you ask they say that someone will hell you shortly which is a lie.

So moving on to CVS number two which, once again, is just down the street from CVS number one, Ive had an experience equivalent to that of its southern sibling. Cant speak for the pharmacy but once again its a CVS on the beach. Its pretty much busy a lot.

Im not sure why this place is getting such bad reviews. Ive always found it to be clean, well stocked and well staffed. Ive never used the pharmacy though. It has an odd stop sign out front though.
