Buenos precios,buena mercancía y el que no quiera hacer cola que vaya a Macys, ross es un pulguero con ropa,zapatos,cartera,etc,de buenas marcas,buena calidad y buen precio,lo del ser humano es quejarse,yo ayer necesitaba camisas de vestir y zapatos y con 200 llegue a mi casa con 3 pares de zapatos,10 camisas,medias y algo más, gracias por esa tienda,buena idea

I walk in ready to buy a specific thing I saw before. But they tell my I cant come in with the coffee I had bought with my good earned money. I guess they dont really want costumers or care about costumers needs. Im not coming to this location again. Rude! Stupid rules! It wasnt like I was going to throw it on clothes. P.s. it was the security guard that wasnt even welcoming.

Check out line has been long every time that I go. You have to buy what you like when you see it because itll be gone when you come back. This is the best place to buy house wares, bedding, and apparel. Prices for accessories (belts, bags) and exercise equipment (yoga mats, kettle bells) are comparable to the the other off-price retailer across the parking lot.

Waiting in line forever. But that is why you get the bargains you get. The prices on fragrances cant be beat. The manager, Kenneth is an amazing representative of the store. He handled an issue quickly and quite professionally. Hire more managers like him, and you will be set!

Great prices, great products. But damn, came here for the holidays and the place was jammed with people. Instead of having several cashiers working, they had 2. The line was going around the store. Management definitely needs to organize itself better.

Omg worst ross ever! It looked like a tornado passed through there! Huge line and only 1 cashier in customer service so technically 2 huge lines. I waited more in line than I did shopping!
