I love this Ross I always attend this Ross for everything the store is very clean & organized & the sercuity guards always greet you when you walk in I always find what Im looking for when I come here my only issues are with some of the cashiers some of them can be very rude and act like everything bothers them while others are very sweet and greet you with a smile and at times there has been long lines and they would only have 2 chashiers open and have a long line of people it makes the customers impainet and at times Ive seen customers leave the store with nothing because of it but other then that this Ross is awesome and has great items .

Los puntos de ubicación no son exactamente donde los describe, desde hace 2 semana han tenido serias diferencias, por ejemplo el mapa dice que se encuentra en el sito y la distancia de ubicación es más de 1000 ft

My worst experience buying on Ross, big lines with cashiers without work. The mananger doesnt take care for the customer opinions. More than 1 hour waiting for pay, with available spot for pay. But the manager even note that. Please go to another store. This is mi last time on this store.

Its cheap, ot has beand names for the lowest prices. Its messy but its due to the lack of manners of shoppers, I see an attempt from staff to try to maintain it clean and organized but shoppera are just too many. Lines are too long, they need faster registers.

The prices were pretty good , decent selection, mostly clean most of the shoes were on the floor..found my size and style clothes..the shoe Dept had way too many sizes 11 and way up (13) .. I dont think the Miami Heat shops here.
