I used to shop at Ross until they decided that money is more important than human life. I have never been treated sub human, until my wife and I walked into this location.The employees were ignoring my wife me as she begged for help from an injury she received in-store. The store manager, security, and cashiers made my wife and I feel worthless and meaningless as they refused to get us any type of assistance, they even refused contact the paramedics! My wifes foot was mangled by the escalator leading to the store and the store associates refused to even acknowledge that there was an incident. The store manager at the time was too BUSY to even come and see if my wife was OK. She was LIMPING around the store BLEEDING on the floor asking several associates for help and they completely ignored her, as if she did not exist. The store manager at the end finally decided to see why their was so much blood on the floor and had finally decided to speak with us. I wish i never had because he lied to our face and by the end of the whole situation my wife got stuck with hospital bills. This happened in late 2014 so i dont know if they have the same "people" working here, I just wanted to warn everyone as a public service announcement about going to this location or any Ross at that point. They only care about your money, not you.

customer service terrible. tratan mal a las personas y se hacen colas enormes por la demora de,las cajeras y si necesitas retornar algo.te ponen muchas justificaciones para no hacerlo. la ropa en mal estado y abarrotado ,mal organizado .

I didnt like the way their costumer service was. Very very rude. I asked to borrow scissors from a lady and she was asking me why while I was holding my own tag that was bothering my on my OWN shirt. Then when she told me customer service had one I told her thank you and she was just like mmmmmhmmm in a rude tone. Wow. If I had a do over I would have cussed her ass out. Just because of her I didnt want to spend my money on anything they had to offer.

My exprince was horrible. The store was full of customers, however they treated the customers like cattle. First of all,there were 50 people in line and only four cash registers were open. I left frustrated and went over to the competitor, Marshalls that was fully staffed to accommodate paying customers. Ross has demonstrated to me they dont care about the customer experience. Will never shop there again!

The parking to even reach inside of this Ross location was horrendous, located inside of a very packed parking garage. Once inside of the Ross the lines were outrageously long and the store was very unorganized. We went out of our way to go to this location only to find one item and we put it down after a 20 minute wait in line. Will not return again, definitely not worth the hype.

I visit the place so i could save money. Ofcourse i dont expect a 5 star shopping center. I dont even care the customer service they give, as long as i save a lot. Just wondering why people are still complaining about everything. If you dont like the long line in the counter, then go to a first class shopping center! You want high class service and pay less. Wth!

O melhor lugar para comprar roupas barato, mas tem que procurar muito... recomendo que vc chegue logo que a loja abrir, senão vai encontrar as coisas totalmente zoneadas...

The lines in the place are always a 30 minute wait to pay, I work in the area and stop in there from time to time. Hire some more cashiers. The loss prevention people standing in the front have a habit of looking you up and down when you walk in which is very rude.

I normally love Ross but this store is a disaster. It is small and jammed. Nothing is organized and many items have tags missing. They need more clerks at check out and the store needs to be set up better. It is more like a thrift store as it is.
