I went to Ross this morning to return an item. The cashier was very rude to me. I ask her how are you doing and she started yelling at me. I felt a little funny and didnt say anything in response. She had a bad night I guess. She had to come in at one in the morning and had to be there the next day at nine. And she took it out on me. I dont think I will return back to that Ross store. There are other Ross stores near me. I will shop with them. Maybe this cashier should work for a funeral home less alive people she can yell at......I wanted to tell her off but I am a better person then this cashier......She needs to get another job.....

Not a fan of this location or any Ross in Melbourne. Loss Prevention stalkers, seedy types, and I was approached THREE times outside by different men telling me their wife or gf really needed help or their car jumped. After the first one I was like, I gotta stop being so scared of people, its not like someones going to murder me in broad daylight but then the second and third one happened and I leaped into my car, locked the doors, gave Melbourne two middle fingers and drove away.

I had a very important meeting to attend and i needed to find the perfect pair of shoes to go with my professional attire. I couldnt decide which pair to buy and two of the most lovely women i have ever met(employees) took the time to help me choose a pair that completely pulled my outfit together. I wish i had caught their names because i want to tell them thank you! They saved my day.

Womens sizes are a little less than desirable. I was really disappointed with the lack of options of bottoms for women in such a huge store. There were a massive amount of tops bit only 3 different types of bottoms. I did get some good news and got to go down a couple sizes (in those particular brands) of jean shorts. That was exciting!

My wife and I love this place. They have plenty of options at great prices. Name brand and designer clothing, kitchenware, bath-ware and shoes. We buy good quality clothes for ourselves and our one-year-old daughter. you have to come here regularly to find the deals because they get snapped up quickly.
