Warning: if you use a gift card here, be aware. My brother gave my daughter a $150 gift card for ON. She rarely used it but then bought a few things. Recently she purchased clothes to go on job interviews and she used her gift card. After the purchase we were given our bag and receipt. I asked the cashier where was the gift card. She said we used the balance up completely. I paused and thought ok. My daughter yelled out, that card had over $100 on it and her purchase was only $50 plus. How is it used? I pulled out the receipt and looked at the bottom of it. The balance said she had $58 left on the gift card!! I immediately asked for a manager. We were not leaving without my daughters card. A female manager came out and we told her the situation. She went over to the cashier and asked her about it and what do you know! The cashier still had the gift card! It wasnt in the garbage; nope she had it in her pocket!!! She handed it to the manager and the manager gave it to us. We absolutely will not be back to this ON! Youd think the manager would have said sorry about that or at least told the cashier that she needs to speak with her but she just went back to whatever she was doing! I have no doubt the cashier was trying to keep my daughters gift card for her own personal use. Even if the amount had been spent, why would you not give us the card back?? I have done it before at other places. If the card is empty, there is no need for the cashier to keep it! I was angry about this incident and feel the need to issue the warning that even if the cashier says you used up your gift card balance to have the cashier return it to you and if not immediately summon a manager. I am sad and disappointed by this incident.

Ive been shopping at this particular Old Navy for several years and Its my favorite to come to! They downsized the store footage recently, which i thought was a good idea, and ever since the store has been noticeable tidier. Though, theres less to go on sale. I always have a lovely conversation with the employees here when its not busy. It does get quite busy though. The Tower Shop Plaza gets alot of theft so if you shop at any of the stores lock up your car.

Love oldnavy hate shopping at this location manager older white middle age lady and her assistant young black island girl are quite disrespectful to both Their employees and customer im really considering boycotting old navy period due to those two and this has occurred on more than one occasion at that store several to be exact.

store is a mess of employees running around and the managers know nothing. although a boy with a scruffy beard (didnt catch his name) did great and actually helped me out alot , cashiers were pretty good too.
