Everything is somewhat ok clothes very tight hard to shop. Went to register employee Rojae was very rude, I went to the counter when he said next my daughter and I standing between the two register processed to take out my clothes and some of the items were on the counter he said again next customer like I wasnt even there so another customer came up and we look at him as to say really dont you see us here, he told the customer Ill take you next so we called the manager. In the meantime hs mumbling under his breath as he walked passed up. Thanks manager arrived and told him to be quite and he did not we asked for his name and he said dont I have on a tag very unprofessional because you are talking back to the customer in a very rude manner. We spent a considerable amount of money there today close to 200 between the two of us. Something should be done the manager had to talk to him Nemours of times. I do love your store and most times its pleasant. Thank you

This Ross Dress for Less does not have a very good selection... I suspect that they keep their worse items for this particular location since it is popular with cruise line workers who do not have a lot of time to shop on their day off in Port Everglades... Go to Coral Ridge for a better selection...

I love Ross. This store is the worst. Picked apart inventory, disorganized. Rude security guard, no greeting. Walked by her 3x and not even a smile. I cashed out and she sneaks up behind me and says something rude behind my back about where my cart was and scurried away like a rat. I wont be back.

I love Ross however it is a great store with great price points for name brand items. But this particular location really had no great deals on great items such as Air Jordans exc, Maybe if more items such as this could come through this store I know definitely it would attract more Lookers.

An always revolving selection but this store is trashed on a regular basis. Its not the workers fault, to their credit they try to put things back. But often clothes are strewn about the aisles, shoes are pilled up on the floor, and the store is cramped and in a regular state of chaos.

2 cashiers, an extremely long line of customers, 3 loss prevention guys doing absolutely nothing, pile of shopping carts blocking customer egress, absolutely zero sense of urgency from employees, store in a total mess. I will never come back here.

Literally 20 ppl in line for 2 registers, I asked the manager if he could get some of the other staff on the registers and he said he would do that in just a minute, but he didnt do anything, in fact, he walked out if the store
