I came here last Sunday on Easter Day to this store and it was busy. Its been a while since Ive been to Old Navy or even the Cutler Ridge mall itself. As I was walking around the store looking for my size/section and then the bathing suits, there was a person who worked there that followed me and my family around the whole time we were there and it was very uncomfortable. He came up once and asked if I needed a bag or help and I said no thank you. Mind you there its still busy and a lot of people in the store at the time and I was with my little brother. So he simply walked away but even while he was walking away he was still watching me. If any employee wants to be certain that no one is stealing, they need to make sure theyre during a whole store check instead of harassing a certain group.

Clean, good customer service.. should be more coupons though I didnt like that they had a big sign in the window that said everything 60% off but when you went inside it wasnt so very misleading

I was having problems in the store and I went to the cashier for help and Victor showed me where the jeans I was looking for, plus he was cool about and got me a shirt that matched lol
