El servicio es super bueno uno de los cajeros Rolando es bien ágil y agradable y quiero destacar a la Store mánager Daimy siempre tiene un excelente trato para los clientes es una Store mánager muy atenta los felicito por el servicio q nos brindan.

Just left the homestead, fl store very disappointed after 30 minutes of looking for dresses to try on I walk over to the fitting room to be told that its closed. I asked the lady working what she meant and she says that her manager told her to close it and she cant reopen until all the clothes people left behind is cleared out. I asked her how long that would take and she proceeds to point at 4 racks worth of clothes that she has to sort. Are you kidding me? How about getting her some assistance in clearing the racks instead of making your customers wait. Left without buying anything. I dont think Ill be back. Happy mothers day!

Outstanding selection of products and great prices; however, the manager on duty (SEP 14), needs to improve on her customer service skill set. Despite being a grown adult, she reprimanded me as if I was child in when I started to push the cart out the door. The professional would have simply stopped me and told me the store policy in a courteous manner. I truly hope that she was just having a bad day and forgot that she was in service industry.

nice selection of clothes for all ages. the baby and toddler section had a wide variety, not to mention it was organized and in order (not like other locations where toys and clothes are on the floor)

The store is clean, well marked, and very well stocked. It is plentiful without feeling overcrowded. Best of all, the lines were lengthy, but really fast! We got some great luggage for a great price.

I love Ross, but it gets so packed if you plan at shopping go on school days in the morning , if not youll have to wait longer cause it can get busy in there & the waiting lines get really big.
