Uma loja incrível de roupas, sapatos e itens de casa com o preço super barato. Roupas de marca como Tommy, Charlotte Russe, Calvin Klein e outras estão entre as araras desta lojas. Tem roupas femininas, masculina e infantil. Bolsas, cremes e até alguns doces você também encontra lá. Ponto principal de compra pra quem não quer gastar muito. Preço muitas vezes melhor que de Outlet. Fica a dica: quando for experimentar alguma peca, sempre devolva as roupas no cabide. As atendentes podem ficar bravas se isso não acontecer. Depende de qual cidade vc vai, mas o atendimento e a organização dessa loja em Orlando não é dos melhores, principalmente pra quem não sabe falar inglês. Geralmente fecha as 23h.

Love this place for their selection of clothes and shoes and Everything in between!!! The only problem I have, personally, is the customers are always leaving stuff on the floors and breaking things and dropping stuff all over the isles and making it really difficult to just go and get what you need and to go browsing. Its really annoying when Im looking for something and have to constantly bend down to pick up hangers or to move things back to the shelves because the customers have no respect and wont pick up after themselves. Its not the employees fault but they should go out on the floor more often and be given a certain area to keep up and maintain. The shelves, the clothes, the perfumes, the toys, mostly shoes and toys and clothes honestly. But most of the time the store is so busy that I understand the employees need to be on the registers but maybe they should hire people or one or two persons to maintain the floor only!!! Just my opinion

Good store for reasonable prices clothes,shoes, small household electronics and just a few everyday items. A few sections are a bit unorganized but apart from that its a pretty decent store. The customer service is good and employees

I was greeted upon entering the store, it was a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the 5 star Customer service, I received from Damian. I would recommend this Ross to all my friends and family. I got it at Ross!!!

Stood by jewelry counter for 10 minutes waitted for cashier. Who at one point said I was next but took next person in line knowing I was waiting to look and buy jewelry! !!! Horrible service !
