I highly recommend Hassell Florist. My daughters wedding was only 5 weeks away when we realized that we needed to find a new florist. From the moment I called, even though we were having a very small floral component to the wedding, we were treated with such respect. The size of our order did not seem as important as ensuring that the flowers were just what my daughter visualized for her wedding day. Our meetings with Tammy were amazing. She was able to take the sample photos that my daughter brought in and totally understand the various textures, look and colors that she desired for her bouquet. She incorporated all our requests, while keeping everything well within our budget. In addition, we were given suggestions for caring for and carrying the bouquet. The flowers were delivered at the time promised and were absolutely perfect! We received tons of compliments and the pictures are wonderful! Thank you Hassell Florist for taking a "late in the game" change and making it so positive.

I absolutely recommend Hassell! I ordered flowers for my grandmother on Labor day. I was surprised but very happy to see that they would be delivered that same day, even though it was a holiday. Hassell called me a little while later to say that they had accidentally forgotten to turn their website off and they were actually closed for the day. I was disappointed and after I explained that it was grandmas 90th birthday and was really hoping to have them delivered that day, Hassell took care of it! Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, they also arranged the most beautiful bouquet weve ever sent! We order flowers for my grandma a few times a year and will definitely be using Hassell going forward. I live in Ohio and my grandma lives in Clearwater. I prefer to order through local businesses but no one in the area even compares to the quality Hassell provided. Thank you so much for the extra effort!!

We are greatly disappointed with Hassell Florist and are shocked at their lack of professionalism, lack of honesty and lack of courteousness. After spending over 1-1/2 hours discussing flower arrangements and with the disclosure that we were under a time-crunch, Hassell Florist finally provided us with a quote approximately 2-1/2 weeks later. Because the quote was excessive, quite unreasonable and the math simply did not “add up”, we requested a breakdown. Hassell Florist refused to provide us with a breakdown and could not explain how or why they were charging an extra $900.00. After another request for an explanation of their charges, Hassell Florist continued to refuse our request and then told us they could not assist us. Given their lack of business ethics, we will never provide them our business nor refer them any business as customers simply should not be treated this way.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Hassell Florist. The person taking the order was friendly and assured me that the flowers were available (a purple arrangement) and that the arrangement would be delivered that day. Speaking with the recipient later that evening, I found that an arrangement with 5 red carnations, 2 pink roses, a blue flower and some sticks was delivered! If I hadnt mentioned purple flowers to them, Id never have known that a cheap substitute had been sent! HOW EMBARRASSING! The next morning after I contacted the florist, they redelivered the correct arrangement and picked up the other. This is just NOT okay! IF you do order from this florist, make sure that you mention that youll be seeing the arrangement thats being sent (whether youre actually going to see it or not) - this may stop any cheap substitutions from being made to your order.

After I used Hassell Florist the first time....(years ago), I recieved a call from them several months later, reminding me to send flowers on another special occasion of mine. They reminded me of the type of flowers that I had ordered and the special requests I had made in order to make this purchse as easy as possible. Needless to say I was impressed with their customer service in addition to the quality of their products, which are just as good as their customer service....OUTSTANDING!!! The special people in my life have all been extremely pleased with the flowers and artistry of the arrangements. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with Hassell and Im certainly not the easiest person to please when it comes to quality business. Kudos to an outstanding family owned and operated Florist. They have earned my loyalty.

ALWAYS CALL - Do Not Buy From Any Website! I called and talked to an amazing lady. When you call you get better arrangements. I saw on Dateline if you use some websites (usually national chains) they take a cut of the money (hurting these small businesses) and the flower arrangements arent as big because, like I just said, money is being taken out. So do what I did, call the store, talk to them about what you want (I looked online first to SEE the flowers then called). It ended up being cheaper and the flowers ended up being more plentiful and bigger, brighter. Nothing against the florist, not their fault - theyre just a small biz trying to stay in business. Let me say for 100th time - either call or go into the store and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I will continue to use you every single time.

I called first thing Valentines Day morning, thinking it was too late. I was already turned away from a florist that was much closer to my wifes job. But these folks (who were farther away but with the same great reviews) said we will get it done for you. I ordered a dozen red roses in a vase with a box of Godiva chocolates and a balloon. They delivered it to my wifes job before noon as requested. Delivering to a court building with a lot of security, the person delivering it stood with a deputy at the loading dock and waited several minutes for my wife to get down there. She said everything was excellent. A 5 star experience for sure. Thank you so much for making my wifes day special.

I ordered flowers from another company via the Internet and and paid for the express delivery and well by noon, no flowers, by 3:00 no flowers. I called them and the apologized and said they are on the way. Well at 4:30 they called me and said they couldnt delivery them till tomorrow, will that be a problem???? Yes, flowers are for our Abuelas birthday. So in a panic I call Hasselt Florist at 4:50 and explained what happened and they were so kind and understanding. Hassell Florist said the would get flowers to Grandma within the hour!!!! And they did!!!!! Beautiful beautiful arrangement, which made our Abuela beyond happy. You have a customer for life now. Thank you!!!

Dear Hassell Florist, For the second time, I had the pleasure of ordering flowers over the phone from Hassell Florist. I first looked at their wonderful website to get an idea of what was available in the live plant category. The selections were many and all were beautiful and well priced. I spoke with Christy, who was so kind and able to tailor the order to fit my needs. She was so sincere, and really made me feel special. I really appreciated the speedy e-receipt and notification of delivery, too. My friends who received the plant, raved about how beautiful it was, including the stunning red pot.
