I went into this florist to order an arrangement for a funeral. Realizing that it was 2 days before Christmas, and needing the arrangement for the 27th, this would be short notice. I had to have peach roses and I was told that in December, that is nearly impossible. I was on my lunch hour, and had very little time to make a series of phone calls. The florist took my number, and called me at work with another local florists number that was able to make my arrangement. Although I did not purchase from Grand, I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for me. I will use them on my next occasion!

I ordered a hydrangea plant online, the owner called to tell me that my order was approved by accident but that she didnt get those hydrangea plants anymore because they never came looking like the picture online. She offered me a lot of other options to choose from and we discussed what type of flower arrangement and colors I would like. They did a really beautiful arrangement that I think normally would have cost more than what I originally ordered. Those flowers have been keeping my grandma company in the hospital for a week already and they still look great!

I think I know why this flower shop is called Grand Design, it is indeed grand , and the designs are beautiful. I was very impressed with the flowers I ordered for my mom for her birthday. It made her day, and I am now her favorite child, as if I werent already. Thanks for the beautiful flowers and the great service you gave to me and my mom. Yolanda and Kristen at Grande Designs are the best!!!! I recently got married November 1st and they supplied all our floral arrangements. The amount we paid was well worth it. The flowers were beyond BEAUTIFUL...flowers you would see in a top rated magazine. We will not go anywhere else for flowers GRANDE DESIGNS IS THE PLACE IF YOU DESIRE PERFECT ARRANGEMENTS!!!! Mothers Day. Last minute. Grand Design Florist really did an excellent job. I am very happy with the professional and friendly customer service. I know they were busy I could hear the multiple calls in the background. They were teriffic. I live in Bradenton and I could not be happier. My neice was very happy with the arrangement. The nasties, oldest, withered fruit basket ever seen. Totally unacceptable - we called and complained and nothing - was done about in spite of 10 minutes of lip service from the owner. This place is BAD and they DO NOT stand behind their products or deliveries. DONT BE RIPPED OFF - Find a reputable local florist instead of this one.

Not at seen online flowers were listed as multple pink and purple flowers and red roses. The only thing consistent were the roses. Very disappointed. Discussed with the florist and they offered to redo the arrangements or send a smaller arrangements. So very nice on customer service.
