My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary through Teleflora and chose to have this florist fulfill the order due to their high number of positive reviews. He paid $130 for a Premium arrangement of flowers and what was delivered was far from premium and contained far fewer flowers than what was ordered. When I complained to Teleflora, they did nothing about it. Then Darlene, from the Flower Market called me, very upset because she had delivered the "arrangement recipe" that Teleflora had given her. She had researched the situation on her own and discovered that what my husband had picked out and paid for (through Teleflora) and what we had gotten were two very different things. She went out of her way to remake the arrangement that was ordered and to redeliver the correct flowers. I cannot say enough about her customer service and how much she cared to make things right even though the mistake that occurred was not her fault. If you are looking to order flowers for a special occasion skip the big name companies and go with this local shop. You wont be disappointed in the customer service or the quality of the flowers you receive.

I called to have flowers delivered last minute to my house where my wife was throwing a birthday part for one of the moms in her mommy group. Shed made a comment earlier that morning that she wished she had flowers. I called Flower Market Florist from my office at 9:45am without having any prior knowledge of them or vice versa, and asked if they could have them to my house within the hour as the party was starting at 10am. When the delivery guy had trouble finding our home, Shirley hand-delivered a gorgeous arrangement of fresh seasonal flowers to my home by 10:15! A bargain at $35! This is by far the best experience anyone can hope for, Flower Market Florist was very friendly, timely, and above all honest. We are newlyweds, and they did our bouquets for the wedding, along with polishing the look of our centerpieces. It turned out stunning. I absolutely loved what they did! The flowers were strong and not limp, and everything was done in time as well. The prices are good too. It was a wonderful experience and we were recommended by another happy customer and are excited to let everyone know that they are awesome!! Seriously Check them out....worth it!

This shop has been here since I was a small child (Been living in the area for over 20 years) The owner is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The staff is very friendly, warm, and inviting. The floral arrangements are always bright, creative, healthy, and last a long time. Theyve managed to keep this quality of service up for YEARS. This is the main Go-To for my dad to buy myself or my mother any form of flowers,bouquets, etc. I recently came here to get some flowers for an art project of mine, and the ladies were beyond helpful again. I highly recommend this shop.

The Flower Market Florist made my wedding flowers. I got married on Clearwater Beach and the wedding flowers were perfect. My favorite flower is calla lilies so needless to say we had mostly calla lilies. They did an excellent job from helping me chose the right flowers, colors, shape for my beach wedding. My wedding flowers were so perfect. Each flower they used look like they had hand-picked it to make sure it was perfect. I used all white: including all white calla lilies, white orchids, and roses. This is the florist I will use for the rest of my life!!!

This place is a joke. My boyfriend ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day to be delivered to my work. They were delivered the day after valentines day. The card that came with was a birthday card that looked like the message was scribbled on the delivery drivers way over. Oh and the chocolate covered strawberries ended up being replaced with a heart shaped box (from the dollar store - the sticker was on the bottom) with fun size butterfingers inside - not quite the same. Oh and he paid $90 for this outstanding experience...

The Flower Market Florist made the wedding flowers for a wedding we catered on Clearwater Beach, FL. They delivered the flowers to the ceremony location and they were gorgeous! If you’re getting married on Clearwater Beach it is so easy to order your flowers. I ordered everything from their website and called them on their toll free phone number to discuss the details. They were truly a life-saver & I plan to use them for Mothers Day, Valentines Day & whenever I need a personal flower pick-me-up delivered right to my front door!

Ive been looking for a good flower shop in Clearwater and thought I finally had, however I was wrong. I ordered a bouquet of daffodils online for my dads birthday and was called the morning of delivery to inform me that they didnt have daffodils. I would not have ordered from them if they didnt have daffodils as these are my dads favorites. I would suggest calling if you want to order from them because apparently their site is not up to date. So glad I spent $70 on tulips.

Been here twice and theyre closed 20-30 minutes early. No one ever picks up the phone here either. Cant rate anything about their flowers but if its anything like the service anywhere close to closing time... you get the idea. Not saying its bad here but its 5:40 pm and the place is locked up right with the OPEN sign still on and no one has answered the phone since 5 pm. Call ahead first and if no one answers, dont go and waste your time like I have, twice now.

When prom time came around, I completely forgot to get a corsage - wristlet and boutonniere. I called the day of the dance and they were so polite and happy to help. I asked for mainly white and got a beautiful orchid wristlet corsage and a white rose as my boutonniere. My date loved both. The orchid corsage was really modern-looking and elegant. I will definitely be using The Flower Market next year for my senior prom.

I have a girlfriend in Clearwater, and wanted to surprise her with some flowers. I travel a lot and do not buy flowers often, but was fortunate to find the Flower Market online. The roses that they delivered were beautiful. The person on the phone was very pleasant and the process of ordering flowers was simple. I would definitely use them again.
