My name is Mark Couture. My home is in Port Richey but I train and handle the bomb dogs at the US Embassy in Kabul Afghan. I called the Happiness Is Florist from Afghanistan and spoke with Donna to get my wife some flowers for our 30th anniversary. Not only did Donna take care of me but she refused payment because I am in Afghanistan. I am speechless. Ive never had this happen before. I called on a Saturday morning for a flower delivery and it was completed within three hours. The flowers ere fresh and very pretty. I asked for a combination of lilies and carnations that were complementary and they added roses which brought together the whole look. Very happy with the product and service. They will be my go-to florist for now on. I always hesitate to mark any thing "Excellent" the first time I use or patronize a place, which is why I gave them "very good", but I will return to adjust my review in the future.

I ordered here in the past, by phone LD and in person. Today, Im trying to order online, but I get steered to the automted FTD page which appears to want to charge $30 for the priviledge of dropping off my gift. Thirty dollars? An outrageous amount more for a delivery. Id like to discuss and just order by phone. Ive called 4x, let it ring more than 20x. No one answers. 3 days before Mothers Day, they dont take phone calls anymore. Im not going to pay $30 delivery charge. Fail. Answer your phone.

Extremely disappointed in this florist. I live in Ohio and ordered Mothers Day flowers for my dads wife in Florida. I ordered 4 days in advance, they charged my credit card, but didnt deliver the flowers. I got no call or email saying they had some sort of problem - they apparently just didnt bother to fulfill the order. Hopefully theyll at least refund my money and I can order flowers from a more professional florist.

Ordered Flowers from here for my Grandmas 75th Birthday and she just kept RAVING about how beautiful they were! Will definitely use them again! There is a $10.00 delivery fee but i think thats pretty standard, my Grandma even said she LOVED the delivery girl and she was SO sweet! Thanks again for helping me make her day!!
