Just had the beautiful arrangement from you folks arrive at work and the timing was perfect as the boss was out of the building so I put them on her desk. Upon her return I timed her to see how long the response would take and she was out in the warehouse in sixty five seconds!As always in our twenty plus year relations, you have never let me down, and this one today was on short notice. I dont know who I talked to when I called 5 minutes ago but they couldnt have been more rude to me if they tried. I was trying to order an arrangement for a classmate who passed away. I had a couple (2) questions about the arrangement I chose. The person was huffing at me and even laughed. I just hung up on him/her, I couldnt even tell. I wasnt going to waste another moment of my time or my hard earned dime on such rude service.

What a wonderful experience! I called from Hobe Sound Florida to order Mothers Day flowers to be delivered to my Moms Assisted Living facility. Told Anne to use her design skills and make something pretty. WOW. !!! Not only was she kind and wonderful to speak with the arrangement was truly very beautiful.
