Ordered flowers thru my local florist and they contacted Flowers by Gru. They are slow and the flowers arrived about an hour before closing time. Called earlier in the morning (about 9:00 A.) and they told me, "Their on the truck about an hour ago." Gru is about three blocks from the delivery point. The flowers got delivered about 12:45P.M. Some service huh? Oh Yeah, I paid a FIFTEEN DOLLAR "delivery Charge" NEVER AGAIN !!!

I went to Flowers by gru and they went well beyond what i was asking for just to make sure i was happy. What a pleasure it was to order through them. Most days you are just a number to businesses, but not with them. They treat you like your family. I would and do recommend them highly.
