DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST.My daughter called from Delaware and ordered a fresh flower arrangement for Mothers Day. When the man delivered the bouquet I commented that the flowers looked like they were dying. He said they were picked up fresh that day. Within an hour a blossom fell off. I called and they said they were too busy tocome to my home but if I brought it in to the store they would try to help me. When I went to the store (with my cousin) they were rude and intimated that I had done something to the floweres, they insisted they were fresh when delivered 2 hours previous. They said that I could pick out something comparable to the order ($40) but would not include the $10 delivery fee in the exchange. I wanted a plant (didnt dare get an arragement) but all were more than the order. They insisted that if I wanted the plant I would have to pay the $20 difference. I ended up getting an overpriced mum plant that I could have bought at the supermarket for a third of the price. The rude treatment and bad business principle prompts me to never recommend this florist to anyone. Angela

I sent flowers to a friend at her workplace...celebrating her one year anniversary...I ordered the deluxe size and when I saw the picture she posted on fb was stunned as to what she received...it was very small with only 3 roses.... Not at all what the picture on the website showed...it looked chinsy and for nearly $50 I expected it to at least resemble what was shown...I realize florists cant always use the same flowers as are pictured, but at least match the colors and the amount as shown...will never use again and will never recomend them...when I called they were not very good with their customer service...beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! My family sent me flowers from Karnation Korner. The flowers were delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine. When I tried to retrieve my flowers the neighbor refused to open the door. I called Karnation Korner to tell them I did not receive my arrangement the woman told me "That is between you and your neighbor". REALLY!! Then she HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back and a man answered and told me he would do nothing to resolve the miss delivery. The he HUNG UP ON ME TOO!!! Still no flowers, but my family paid for them!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!

My sister ordered flowers from out of state for our 92 year old mother for her birthday. The bouquet arrived with half the amount of flowers that the picture showed. It looked to have been arranged by a 5 year old. The card was written by dropout because it made no sense at all. Worst of all...when my mother called and talked to the owner of the shop he said he would would take no responsibility. WOW ! If youre ordering from out of state, make sure theyre not using this florist. Waste of money.

I WANT TO THANK KARNATION KORNER FOR THE WONDERFUL FLOWERS THEY HAVE DONE FOR OUR WEDDING, BEAUTIFUL TABLE CENTERPIECES AND BOQUETS, THEY WERE FABULOUS. EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. IN THE DESIGN CREATIVITY AND FRESHNESS. SO EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND ALWAYS OBLIGING , NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. My bridal bouquet did not look as displayed on the website however they were beautiful and to how I had envisioned none the less. Didnt have to wait. Only thing was I collected it 6 hours to my wedding time and although I kept it in water and in the fridge few of the flowers had turned brown by time I was taking pictures. Could be a little fresher but besides that beautiful.

I called Karnation Korner to make a delivery in Palm Harbor from a recommendation from my local florist. They were so helpful, created a beautiful arrangement specific to my needs and delivered it all in TWO HOURS. I highly recommend their services. Unfortunately, I misplaced the name of the woman that helped me.. so thank you to the staff at Karnation Korner!

I live in North Carolina and send flowers they are always beautiful from here but when I went to Dunedin and wanted to pick up flowers on my own they were not open, this was in May 2017 my granddaughter had a dance recital I was in Dunendin from May 23rd to the 28th and had several "flower ideas" with no access to walk in

The owner, with a crisp, friendly British accent, did a lovely job making my mom a dish garden. I wanted something pretty she could use for a center piece for a while, rather than watching the flowers slowly die off! Thank you again, she loved it!

Received a gift bouquet from my brother. Flowers were fresh and delivered when requested. They called to make sure we were home prior to delivery but I have good neighbors so it wouldnt have been a problem if I wasnt.
