I worked with Frances at Four Seasons Florals for my sisters bridal shower. When I first spoke with Frances she said that she was very busy with Mother’s Day orders and would get back to me in a week. Fair enough. A week went by and no word. I called Frances and we eventually connected and agreed on arrangements, table overlays and pricing. We spoke once more before the event to confirm everything and my credit card was charged. On the day of the shower, June 11, I was at the venue and there were no flowers. I called Four Seasons Florals to see where they were and gave the man who answered the phone my name, event and venue and he cut me short and rudely said, “You’ve got the wrong florist.” I then said, “I worked with Frances.” Then he said he’d call me back and hung up. Frances called shortly after and came up with an extremely poor excuse that the hydrangeas were wilted and not suitable for my arrangements and had to find new hydrangeas and that’s why they were running late. I honestly believe that they dropped the ball and forgot my event, but even if they hadn’t, wouldn’t you expect a call letting you know the situation? The opportunity to substitute flowers if the ones originally requested weren’t available? No one called me to inform me of the situation and let me know the flowers would be late, nor was I given the chance to approve changes to the original order for the sake of having the arrangements on time. The flowers arrived 45 minutes late in the middle of our event. I couldn’t use the table overlays that I had ordered because the guests were already seated and eating brunch – I would have had to ask them to get up so we could reset the table. The delivery people asked me if I was going to help them bring in their flowers (??!!) and were rude and unprofessional as they came in and plopped down arrangements in front the guests. Following the event, I never heard from Frances or anyone else from Four Seasons and never once received an apology for their error. I called Frances the Monday, June 13, following the event and expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided and requested a refund, at the very least for the table overlays that I couldn’t use at all. At first Frances tried to offer a certificate for future flowers and I politely declined explaining that it was doubtful I would trust them with my business for future events and eventually they offered a partial credit to my credit card and said I should see the credit on Thursday, June 16. I write this review on August 10, and after weekly calls and endless excuses I have not received the credit I was promised and I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not trust this florist with your business. They are dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable.

Use this Florist at your OWN RISK!! This place delivers a horrible product and has even worse customer service! My friends ordered a bouquet as a surprise for my birthday. Flowers were delivered warm and wilting. I tried to perk them up with some ice water (as most florists tell you to do). They all died 3 days later. I called to register a complaint and and was told, "Were closed, call back tomorrow." I called the next day and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back again and was put on hold again. I hung up and called back and said, "This is my third call DO NOT put me on hold again!" I spoke to a woman who had a heavy accent and hard to understand. She was rude and forceful. I explained the situation and suggested that the flowers should have lasted longer. I was yelled at for putting the flowers in ice water, because it throws them into "shock." And was scolded for not calling them sooner and letting them know. I asked, "How could I possibly know they were going to croak after 3 days?" She said, "Why didnt you call sooner?" Really?? She agreed to send a replacement bouquet the next day after making me feel like this substandard bouquet was my fault for not lasting longer. Oh, and she wanted the old flowers back. I told her she could have the handful that was left, because I threw the dead ones away. She was indignant that I had the nerve to throw out the wilted dying flowers and wanted to know why I threw them out if I was going to call and try and get a new bouquet. Seriously? The lady that delivered them called me to say that she couldnt find my address (same problem with the first delivery). Funny, I confirmed the address with the Ms. Rude the day before in between getting yelled at an finding a amicable solution. The driver was pleasant and cheerful and apologized for having to take the old vase and flowers back. (Probably going to be re-used anyway). Same problem, the new bouquet started wilting within hours. I took them out of the vase to change the water and found that most of the stems were cut way too short and just stuffed in between the longer stems. No wonder the vase was filled to capacity and sloshing water out. Im not even going to bother calling them, because the hassle is just NOT worth it. I have however, told my friend about this and he stopped payment on his pay pal. Smart way to shop, because you can stop payment if youre not satisfied with any product or service without the issues of having to file a dispute. I wonder how this place manages to stay in business? Must be new or people who dont read reviews and get caught up in the pretty pictures of the website or the FTD logo, because its doubtful customers who have dealt with them bother to return.

When I moved to Florida I knew what I was in for. I was certain I would run into a conman or two. It didnt surprise me when my car was broken into. But I never in a million years thought the thief I would encounter would take the shape of an 80yr old English Florist. Who thought it was fair to pay me $4.50 for a 3 hour drive (not an exaggeration). The first time this happened she scolded me until I went ahead and did it for her. Whats funny is the second I said okay she stopped yelling and just said thankyou and hung up on me. I made it very clear to her this was a one time deal and to not give me deliveries so far away because it wasnt profitable for me. That I would use the three hour drive to explore the new state I had moved to. I tried hard to find the silver lining even though I knew I was being mistreated. A week later she tried pulling the same stunt. I declined and so she fired me. But not before stealing $140 out of my paycheck while smiling. Saying that I was responsible for the lost business. I even told her I would make the drive if she considered compensating me for how long it would take to make the delivery. She refused any negotiations. This was at Christmas mind you. Its been almost two years now. I moved across the country. And I still havent forgiven this miserable woman. Do not be fooled by the English accent. This woman should be running an evil orphanage. Not a flower shop.
