My husband purchase flowers on a Thursday for my return from a trip. He walked in and asked for three white roses. The woman said oh let me put something together for you. She came out with a quote-unquote dozen white roses and an arrangement. He wanted to put the entire purchase on our credit card but she asked for $40 cash upfront and then the balance on a credit card. I can only assume she did that because she knew she had a poor quality product. After two days the flowers were rotting in the middle one fell off the stem and when I went to trim them I realized one stem didnt even have a rose on it. In my opinion that would have equalled 10 roses. Do not shop at this store the woman was rude and took advantage of my husband. We are disputing the credit card charge and left the dying flowers outside of her door so she could see her work.

I live in MD and was trying to order flowers for my mother who lives in Palm Harbor for Valentines Day. The woman was so so rude to me and told me that I was LUCKY that she was even taking my order. She asked for my phone number and then interrupted me AGAIN just to remind me how lucky I was to even be speaking with her about flowers delivery on Valentines Day. I told her that she was being rude and it was wrong to tell a customer that they are lucky when in fact the BUSINESS is LUCKY I am even CONSIDERING giving my money to them. Shen then told me to calm down or she was going to hang up on me and that she was the only place delivering flowers that day. I hung right up and orders flowers from someone else!!!!!

I spoke to the manager of Flower Fantasy on the phone twice. She was rude, and not helpful at all. I needed to change the delivery location, she told me that the flowers were already on the truck and they cannot contact the driver. I asked if he had a cell phone, she said yes, but she could not call him while he was driving and was unwilling to leave a message. She also said that if no one was home, they would leave the flowers on the doorstep. I never agreed to that. The flowers were left out in the sun. When I told her that my grandmother received dead flowers on Mothers Day she said "that is not my problem" and hung up on me. I will NOT use this florist again, and will not recommend them to anyone.

Lovley lady and a beautiful store! I used many different florist in my life but Flower Fantasy is my favorite of all. I love the personal service and their beautiful designs. Very original and nicest of all VERY European!!! I absolutely love the homey feel. You go in you get to sit down comfortably and choose from a nice variety of beautiful flowers. I love flowers and order them on a regular basis so its nice to know I will always be taken care of. Thank you for your care and dedication. :-)

The flowers I received were not at all what had been ordered!! The out-of-state florist who placed the order tried to call/email them many times. They refused to respond. When someone did answer, they were rude and hung up on them. My sister also called and received the same treatment. I went into the shop and was also treated poorly. The out-of-state florist has red-tagged them and placed a complaint with Teleflora. DO NOT USE!!!!

Many thanks to Mariola and her staff for creating tasteful corsages and boutonnieres for our recent family reunion. She went above and beyond to see that they arrived in time. Originally I was to pick up from the shop but when difficulties prevented that she delivered to Innisbrook at no additional charge. I appreciate people that keep their word and Flower Fantasy was such a business. I would definitely use them again when in the area.

Thank you Fantasy flower shop for providing flower to our wedding. Everything went well. Mariola the owner have been so cooperative and she did even more we expected. Flowers have been well decorated, fresh, and all had been done in affordable price. My wife and I researched a lot and went in many flower shops, but no one give as peace in mind as Mariola, and no one were available do what we wanted for our budget. Thank you again.

Never ever go to this place!!! If I could drop curse words I would. Super rude and always giving excuses on why couldnt deliver on the time agreed upon. Better off going to the next flower shop down the road!!!! She gives you one price then its way more the next. Figured Id give her a try even when her rating is garbage but shouldnt of. You want disappointment go there if not move

The worst customer service , the owner is more worried about making a dollar than actually her customer needs ! The flowers my mother received were not at all what I had ordered and suggest by the owner herself by the way I was charge almost $100.00 for this poor horrible flower ( arrangement) ??. DO NOT USE .. Publix flower shop does a better JOB......

TERRIBLE STORE! The positive review must have been written by the owner. If "very European" means they rush you off the phone when you are trying to make an order and hanging up on you when you call with an issue, then yes, they were correct. Otherwise, you are better off ordering flowers from anywhere else or keeping your money.

Make sure they call you before they come out with your delivery. They dont know how to use a gate code and they wont redeliver until the next day.
