Ordered flowers for Valentines day that were never delivered. Called/emailed several times to request what time they would be delivered and did not get a response (they have their answering machine answer all calls on Valentines day apparently). Called today, day after valentines, and someone actually answered. All I said was, HI, Im calling about an order that wasnt delivered yesterday to make sure I wasnt charged. The man replied no you werent charged. After another exchange it became apparent he HAD heard my messages and knew exactly who I was when I called. He did NOT apologize, offer an explanation simply stated I wasnt charged. Thanks for ruining my wifes valentines day as she was the only one at her work to not receive flowers! Beyond the quality of the flowers - which I cannot comment on because they were never delivered - a florists main responsibility - especially on Valentines day - is to be dependable. When they arent, it seems like a reasonable expectation that an apology or explanation would be given. Based on my experience with Garden Shed Florist, I have to assume it is being managed/run by incompetent, unthoughtful, and miserable people. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Seriously, I dont have a clue when it comes to flowers so finding a florist like Joe at the Garden Shed has been a big help. All I really have to do is tell him the occasion and my price range and hes put together some awesome arrangements for me. I think everyone whos received these arrangements have commented on how beautiful the flowers were and how long they lasted. Full Disclosure - Joe IS a cash register customer of mine but.....I was a customer of his before he was a customer of mine. So.......Rating - Very Satisfied

I ordered flowers from here on June 23, 2011. It was my first time ordering flowers from here for my wife. I picked Garden Shed Florist because she works very close. I told the man on the phone I wanted to spend between $50 and $100. They charged me $117 and the flowers were good, but not great, definitely not worth $117. I feel like I got ripped off. I will never order from these guys again.

I was so pleased with the funeral basket! I had seen a basket online but it wasnt exactly what I wanted. So I called the shop and spoke with Joe. He seemed to understand that I wanted a more patriotic look since our loved one had been a WWII veteran. Well the results were absolutely perfect! The price was awesome for the size and quality! Beautiful flowers every time! I didnt even give the address of the church for a memorial service, just called references a similar arrangement on the website, but requested a twist. Flowers stuck out like a beautiful beacon at the front and center of the service, they were perfect. Thank you Garden Shed!

Outstanding customer service!! I was looking for peonies on short notice, they not only tracked them down but did it within an hour! Most other shops were really short with me or basically said it couldnt be done.

Disappointed that a $100 Valentines Day flower order is not being delivered within the quoted time. Its not hard to anticipate you might need a few more delivery drivers on Valentines Day.
