My brother-in-law ordered flowers from Whiddens for his daughters funeral and asked to have some sunflowers put on the wreath, as they were her favorite flower. I decided to order my flowers from them (first time using Whiddens) since they were going there anyway. I ordered on-line and did not ask for sunflowers - but secretly hoped they would coordinate the wreaths. They did! They added some sunflowers to our wreath and it was the most beautiful funeral wreath that I have ever seen! Now all my business will be with them due to their thoughtfulness in going the extra mile to put my nieces favorite flowers on her wreath and I didnt even have to ask!

I was appalled today (12/30) to receive an email stating that the $116 flower arrangement I had ordered had "been delivered" (no date stated)--it was supposed to have been delivered on 12/26--4 days earlier to the funeral home. On inquiry, I was told it had been delivered TWO HOURS before the funeral service on 12/29--THREE DAYS LATE!!! No one had bothered to call to voice any problem or concern with my order. I could not be more disappointed with this experience and know who NOT to do business with again. I suppose I should be grateful it was delivered just before the service had concluded. So much for customer service....

Very unhappy customer. I called from Orlando to order Balloons for a birthday.I was told that mylar were $5.00 each and regular balloons a dollar. I was told that the minimum order was $35.00 plus delivery. So I said just give me a really nice balloon arrangement for 35. 00. What I got was three mylar ($15.00 ) and three balloons ( $3.00) for $47.00 total on my credit card.. The price of the balloons was really $18.00 dollars worth according to the lady on the phone. So instead of giving me my moneys worth or a nice balloon arrangement they cheated me out of $17.00. I hate florists over the phone. No one is honest anymore.

I dont care what anyone else has said about this Florist! I was given two dozen beautiful yellow roses for an anniversary and they were AMAZING! I received so many compliments on them, they were like mini sunflowers. The whole presentation, the box with tissue paper and the vase were perfect. I still have people asking where I got them! We will not buy anywhere else. If you think they are expensive, I believe they are worth the extra money. Thank you Hunny, you did well!

Somewhat abrupt on the phone but I made an order for delivery, same day, and they were great and prompt- my mom got the flowers a couple hours after I called. I even called them back to change and update my order to a nicer bouquet after my initial order and they were very accommodating. My mom also sent me a picture and the arrangement was lovely. Will definitely use them again.

Very Unprofessional.... Ordered a dozen long stem roses and received a dozen tea roses, there was no bow on the arrangement as requested and the flowers were left on the ground at front door...while I was home. I called and was told if I wasnt happy not to order from them again. My husband and I did order from there 6 times a year. Not anymore!!!

I order my flowers over the phone. I just chose from the website what I wanted. The flowers were delivered on time. They were beautiful. I do not live anywhere near Brandon, so I was impress that everything worked without a glitch. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. Needed flowers for a funeral (short notice). They were delivered on time and were more beautiful than the image on the website. I highly recommend you use Whidden Florist for any needs you have in their area.
