I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers day on the Friday before Mothers Day. We ordered a small boquet of Yellow Tulips. The Tulips retailed for $63.00. After the 19.00 service fee for getting them there for Mothers Day and another $11.00 of taxes and other fees, the total was 93.14, No problem if everything was on time. The flowers never showed up. I wasnt even that upset because I did order them just two days before, and I understand it is a very busy time of year. The main problem I have is When I called to inquire about my order. From the beginning the Manager acted like he couldnt have possibly made that mistake. He told me he couldnt find my order. I gave him my confirmation # and he said that was no good to him. He told me he would look for my order and call right back. 3 hours later still no return phone call. florist. From the very beginning the manager had a defensive attitude, coming across like it was more likely my mistake. I was just taken back by the lack of care for messing up something as important as flowers for a mother on Mothers Day. I dont reccomend anyone to do business with this florist.

I ordered flowers for a friend that was in the hospital. 2 weeks later I found out that she did not receive the flowers. I called and spoke to the owner Mike to find out what happened. I was prepared to get the brush off but that did NOT happen. Mike immediately apologized and promised to find out what happened and get back to me. He called me the next day and told me the hospital couldnt figure out what happened to the flowers. Mike then asked me for the home address of my friend and told me that the flowers I ordered earlier will be sent today to her home. Im so very impressed with Mike and his willingness to solve the issue I had. I am now a Brandon Florist customer for life. Any time I need flowers for anywhere or any occasion Mike is the only florist I will call. Customer service, politeness, and willingness to fix issues are rare attributes these days. Mike has all of these qualities. He is the kind of business owner I want to do business with. I recommend him with the highest regard.

They get 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option. I dont know how he is still in business. This guy is the absolute rudest person I have ever, in my life, encountered. Thank God the other local florist being prepared for his antics, they had extra homecoming corsages ready, otherwise I would have had to make it myself. I asked for Royal Blue ribbon and I got lavender flowers. When I tried to be nice and ask him if he could change them out he SNATCHED the out of my hand and told me he would refund me. Then refused to give me a refund at that moment said he would do it on Monday and also refused to give me anything in writing saying he would refund me. I was in complete shock! All this hours before the dance. WHIDDEN FLORIST saved the day the difference was night and day! Thanks to them I got exactly what I wanted and hour before the dance.

I have placed 2 orders with this florist in the past 45 days, First order was delivered a week early, I called, complained, they re-delivered on the correct day....surprise was gone for my wife. Second order, they delivered the wrong flower arraignment. Paid $75.00 for the flowers and they delivered a small bouquet in a coffee cup. I called and complained, they said "sorry, we can deliver the correct flowers next day, again the surprise was gone. I stated I did not more flowers, just the correct one, their response" we will go and pick-up the flowers that were delivered and credit your account" And guess what, they went to where my wife works and pick-up the flowers from her. Happy Valentines Honey...... Cant deliver till the next day, but sure got their flowers back the same day....... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I recently lost my husband. Family member purchased an arrangement from Brandon Florist. When my mother told member of family what was deliveried and sent picture text, they were upset and angry. Brandon florist did not delivery what was ordered. Flowers lasted 3 days.Yes, other cut-flowers are still alive. When they spoke with Mike ( the owner) at Brandon Florist, he was rude and wanted to come by and pick up flowers the night of memorial....He was rude and disrespectful ( I could only image what may have happened if he did come by!) Please think about using this florist, they take advantage of peoples trust and have no customer relation. I am truly surprised he still is in business! Word of mouth is a very powerful thing!

I ordered flowers on Valentines Day and they were not delivered. I figured it was an honest mistake. I sent emails with no response and when I called and spoke with Mike, he was rude and unsympathetic. He told me on multiple occasions that the refund process has been initiated, but each time I called my bank nothing had been done. This has been a fight since the beginning. I highly recommend considering another florist, multiple reviewers have had the same experience, so there is a pattern of mismanagement and customer dissatisfaction. Avoid the stress and the ordeal that I am still currently going through. One star does not accurately reflect my extreme dissatisfaction.

If you wish to be treated like dirt then youve got the right place! I called to purchase 2 dozen unarranged roses which usually costs approximately $2 each and was quoted a price of almost $8 EACH! Served with the nastiest attitude ever! I explained I only needed the petals and my client had recommended her but the disdainful manner that she spoke to me with remained. She said she didnt care what I was doing with it she only sold long stems at a cost of $184 for 2 dozen yellow. Really?! How she is still in business is a shocker! I suggest using Mario on 7th&15th in Ybor. He is pleasant informative and his prices are competitive.

YOU ARE BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I should have read the google reviews before I ordered. SHAME ON ME. So I ordered flowers for Valentine day for my wife and they never arrived and when I called they could not tell me when or if they were even ordered. They said they had over 300 orders and it may or may not arrive on Valentine day since they were so busy! However I ordered the flowers days in advance and the day of delivery they tell me they are busy and dont have any idea where my flowers are. The owner was also VERY rude to me when I told him I was disputing my charge for nondelivery.

I ordered flowers from this florist for Valentines Day in 2014, and even though Id ordered them two weeks in advanced, they were the wrong flowers entirely. This year, I gave them a second chance, given that PERHAPS they just couldnt get the ones I wanted. Again, two weeks in advanced, but when Valentines came, the flowers did not. After checking my account history, it turns out they hadnt even PROCESSED the order, which I didnt find out until after it was too late. This place is RUBBISH, do not use them!
