I ordered sympathy flowers from them in Feb. 2015. I live in a different state, so I called to talk to them about the order and asked if I could email them some images I found on Pintrest. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and said they would be glad to work with me and keep it within my budget. So I sent them an email with a couple of images I liked. About fifteen minutes later a women calls back to tell me the gentleman I talked with was busy so she is now helping me. She said they can create something similar to the first image using the flowers they have in season so I went ahead with the order. Before hanging up I asked if she could take a picture of the bouquet for me so I could see how it turned out. Her answer was "well I am not sure if we can do that, but if we can I will send you one." This is a simple request I ask of places I order flowers from as I will never get to see them and I have had issues in the past ordering through online services. After my past issues I started using local florists from the city were the recipients live. Up to this point every florist I have used was more than happy to send me a image typically using their phone and that was all I was asking. I never received an image, and it does make me question why they could not take a quick photo for me. All I can do is hope they did a decent job as I will never see them and I dont expect the recipient of the diciest to tell me if they were beautiful or looked horrible. I just think it is a courtesy that is not to much to ask when you are not purchasing a standard product from someone.

Ive used this florist two times and each time Ive been blown away! The first time I was out of town and I called simply stated what I wanted and they made it so much more than I expected. My wife was completely in love with the arrangement. The second time, it was for my anniversary. I stopped in and ended up speaking with the owner, Kristi (a super nice lady), and explained again what I was looking for and she had it all ready imagined. The down side in this instance is they accidentally sent the flowers the next day instead of on Monday our anniversary. When I called back and spoke to Kristi about what happened, she was floored that it happened as she recalled the specific instruction of delivery on Monday. She then Insisted on sending some more on Monday and doing it for free. She was just amazing and I cant believe they went ahead and sent more for free, but because of that, they will now be the only florist I ever use in Greenville. Thank you!!

I recently worked with Dahlias for a rehearsal dinner at the Lazy Goat in Greenville, SC. I was arranging this from Tampa, so I needed someone who I trusted to work with me from afar. My idea was a little different and I wasnt seeking the typical Carolina flowers. I wanted a very tropical look, with flowers in a cigar box for the tables, along with large tropical arrangements. Wendy worked with me to carry out the idea and I was amazed at the outcome. It seems like its not very often that something is better than you expect, but this was the case with my rehearsal dinner flowers. They were fabulous, looked beautiful on the tables and the guests love them. I got to preview the flowers a couple days before. The flowers were very fresh and are still looking great a week later. (I brought one table arrangement all the way back to Tampa) The set up was perfect, they are very dependable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Dahlia does beautiful work and are a pleasure to work with! When looking for a wedding florists in Greenville, I was an admittedly “difficult” customer, perhaps because I used to work in flower shop and had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted. I’d seen Dahlia’s work at a rehearsal dinner I attended and then again at the Wedding Show, where I got to speak to some of their staff. I called to make an appointment and met with Kristi, the owner. After looking at some pictures and talking with her, I felt like she knew exactly what I was looking for. They did an amazing job on my bridal flowers, they were perfect in every detail. I have since used Dahlia every time I need to send flowers and they are always accommodating, creative and helpful, and I get great comments from the flowers’ recipients. Whether you’re looking for assistance with large scale event or just sending a small gift, they will exceed your expectations.

I needed to send my aunt flowers because she had been admitted to the hospital. I looked at the reviews on all the florists in the area and decided on Dahlia. I cant tell you how great they are to work with. They took the time to ask about what kinds of flowers she liked, what style of arrangements she liked, and what kinds of colors I wanted included. They even went so far as to advise me about the types of vases that would work best at that hospital because of the lack of table space. Then to top it all off, I asked them to send me a photo because I live out of state and I knew my aunt would want to talk about the flowers and I didnt want to sound like an idiot. They even accommodated that request for me. I cant say enough good things about this business. If I ever have to send flowers in the Greenville area again, Im using Dahlia!

Dahlia recently exceeded my expectations with an arrangement that I sent to the funeral of a dear friends stepfather. Weeks after the loss, my friend, offhandedly mentioned the arrangement from Dahlia that I had sent as a stand out. She said that there were several from Dahlia and they were, in her words "artistic and tasteful". She said that her mother had also commented on their beauty. I was pleased to know that such a stand out product was delivered with my condolences and that such great results were acheived by a simple telephone consultation. I will continue to use Dahlia for all of my floral indulgences and needs!

We had a very bad experience with this florist today. We spent around $100 to purchase an arrangement for my mothers birthday, and were disappointed not only in the look and quality of the arrangement but also the unprofessionalism of the staff. We were treated very disrespectfully by staff for simply questioning the make-up of the arrangement. The quality of the flowers used was poor, and the arrangement lacked taste. We saved up a lot of money to purchase beautiful flowers for our mom, and ended up having a very negative experience. I do not recommend this florist.

I have a bakery and have done some of the same weddings that Dahlia has done and some of my cakes had their flowers on them. Kristi and the rest of her staff are very friendly and take the time to insure that you are going to have the look you want. They are always willing to work with me on scheduling a time to meet at the venue to arrange the flowers on the cake. They do any style from traditional to some of the most unique arrangements I have seen. You can count on their professionals to make your event a memorable one. Jackie bishop Art Eats Bakery
