Most of my family lives out of town. My father recently passed away and the Cremation Society of South Carolina has a link on his obituary to this flower shop. My elderly Aunt in Florida that isnt healthy enough to travel wanted to send her brothers widow (my mom) a nice gourmet fruit basket of pears, grapes, apples, dried cranberries, sausage, crackers and cheese wrapped up nice that was described on the web page in great detail! It was $75. It was a nice gesture, but what we received was hardly worth $25.... it was 2 snack bags of pretzels, 2 snack bags of cookies, a candy bar, a bag of Prepridge Farms shortbread, a couple apples and some hardly edible small oranges not wrapped at all. When my sister called the owner (because we felt that our Aunt was taken advantage of), he accused her of being an idiot & said that they delivered that on a Saturday and it costs $15 alone for delivery on a Saturday and that basket was exactly what it was supposed to be. She was so aggravated and still grieving that she hung up on him. The obituary page also showed that someone ordered a beautiful flower basket with butterflies in it that we never received, it was $78 that this business pocketed and now we dont know who sent it nor do we know who to thank for trying to pay their respects to my family. That makes us look disrespectful to whoever this was. To top it off, my mom was called by the Cremation Society of SC and told that they had received flowers for her and she was asked to call the flower shop to give her address so they could get them directly to her instead. She called and they made arrangements to bring them to her. When the arrangement arrived, she thought it may be the missing basket, instead it was a partially dead, partially filled with flowers mess with an ugly gold cherub in it with a violin. The clincher, THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS INTENDED FOR SOMEONE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FOR A DIFFERENT FAMILY FROM SOMEONE WE DONT KNOW!!! When we called to inform the driver immediately that there was an error, she began to argue that she was the florist and that wasnt an error. We tried to call and speak to the owner of the shop after getting no where with the delivery driver and we got Frank who began very defensively and rude as he had before when we called, but calmed down long enough to hear that the flowers delivered belonged to someone else and said that it was the fault of the Cremation Society of SC. At this point, my newly widowed mother decided that its best to just let it go and she feels bad for the family that purchased this gift for their grieving family and for the person/people that bought the basket for her that we cant acknowledge. On a positive note, Cremation Society of SC went above and beyond our expectations in their care and handling of my father and we are forever grateful to them for this and recommend them to anyone needing their services. Buyer beware with the floral shop link!!! Unfortunately, theres nothing on the link indicating which floral shop is supposed to fulfill the order. We think this flower shop is taking advantage of grieving familys and their loved ones and friends!!! Absolutely Shameful!!!!!

I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering.. BUYERS BEWARE!!! The owner Larry is VERY rude.... I placed an order over the phone after seeing an arrangement online ... I ordered purple flowers, bear and balloon to be sent to the hospital to my cousin.. The flowers delivered were not the flowers I requested.. The arraignment only had one purple flower in it and random flowers just shoved in everywhere. I was over charged by $30 and the bear was not even with the order. I live out of town so I asked my mother to run by the flower shop to inquire about the mix up. My mom called me really upset and said that Larry was yelling at her and telling her that I was wrong he doesnt make mistakes. He said that is exactly what I ordered because he wrote it down while talking to me and that I was wrong and he did deliver a bear. He said he made the delivery himself and called my family liars.. He was so mad and screaming and told my mom that he cant un-deliver it and we get what we get and stormed off into the back. A younger lady came out and spoke with my mom because she was refusing to leave until the issue was resolved. She spoke with my mom and was much nicer than Larry. She issued my card a $30 credit and gave my mom the bear that was missing from our order. Im thankful that the issue was resolved but Im pretty sure this guy ruined my moms day with his nasty attitude.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER PRICED AND DEAD WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I PAID FOR 24 LONG STEM ROSES AND ONLY RECEIVED 18. I CALLED THE DAY THEY WERE DELIVERED AND THE SHOP WAS CLOSED TRIED TO CALL FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT AND NO ANSWER. WHEN I DID GET A HOLD OF AN EMPLOYEE HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT HE ARRANGED THEM AND THAT MY 88 YEAR OLD MOTHER WAS STUPID AND COULD NOT COUNT. I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE FROM THE ASSISTED LIVING CENTER THAT MY MOTHER RESIDES AT TO PLEASE COUNT THEM FOR ME. THEY CONFIRMED THAT ONLY 18 WERE IN THE VASE. THEY ALSO WENT ON TO SAY THEY WERE THE WORSE FLOWERS THEY HAD EVER SEEN. I ASKED THEM TO KEEP THEM IN THE FRONT OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO MAKE SURE THEY PUT A BIG SIGN IN FRONT OF THEM NOT TO PURCHASE ANY FLOWER FROM GREENVILLE FLORIST. I PAID $107.00 FOR THE FLOWERS. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT SHE WAS SHORT ROSES, HE SAID THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND HUNG UP ON ME. HE WAS AN OLD MAN NAMED LARRY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THE FLOWER SHOP AND LARRY.

If your goal is to shop for quality flowers then by all means take your business elsewhere. I ordered a PINK corsage with a boutonnière to match. Instead I got a creme/yellow colored set. Both were already bruised and scared and looked far from fresh. By the end of the night both were brown and wilted. When I took the corsage out of the carton, one of the main petals of the orchid fell off...and then on the way up to the building for pictures, I stopped to tie my shoe, and the head of the rose (the only flower in my boutonnière) fell off because the wire used to hold it together was pushed though the head of the flower. The next day when I called for a refund, the flatly refused saying that all purchases are finnal. This is officially the worst flower shop on the east coast. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

If youre looking for a great place to get flowers or plants you would be better off looking elsewhere. They are high priced and the owner, Larry, appears to be related to the little birdie that pops out of those German made wall clocks from the Black Forest. The name escapes me at the moment but it rhymes with what a toddler comes and tells you they just did in their pants. I asked a simple question and pretty much got yelled at. Rude, crude, and ill mannered are just a few words that spring to mind. Anyway, I checked for reviews and see that I was correct in leaving this place without buying anything. I even checked the BBB and see that he has D rating. They say he has informed them he will not respond to complaints. Wow! How does a business like this stay open!?
