I would give a ZERO if I could. I am extremely disappointed with an order I received today. After finding recommendations for this florist from several online and personal sources, I thought this florist would provide beautiful flowers for a baby shower I hosted locally. Because I am out of town, I spent a lot of time on the phone and even traded text messages and emails with pictures on the types of flowers I wanted. I felt confident upon placing my order that we would have beautiful and simple center pieces for this baby shower. When I went to pick them up as scheduled at 10am this morning (Saturday), no one was at the store to open it. The lady arrived 10 minutes late to open the store despite my questions ahead of time about being able to pick the flowers up immediately at 10am. She finally arrived and pulled my arrangements out of the cooler. The arrangements were not as expected - very sparse, only had 6 droopy and browning blooms each, and very limited greenery. I immediately voiced my displeasure and my surprise versus the pictures I traded initially, and the response I received was along the lines of "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" There was no offer to help or rearrange the flowers until we asked for added greenery to beef them up. I called the primary store later today to discuss my disappointment, and when I explained what I received, I was initially told that I had been given the incorrect size (smaller than what I ordered). However, later in response, the store told me that what I received was normal for these specific flowers, which I had never requested. I was told my order was this size and sparse because I had requested more expensive flowers, which was untrue. The communication provided was clearly not upfront and very poor from the start. I was told there was nothing that would be done for me. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I would never endorse this business and will continue to steer people away, primarily because of the way I was treated in response to my displeasure, which was backed up by picture correspondence in advance of my order.

We had the best experience with Twigs for our wedding. From the moment I met with Kate I knew I was in good hands. She took time to collaborate with me and to build my vision for our wedding. She was attentive and easy to work with. We had an additional meeting a couple months out to finalize what we had originally planned and I knew then that we had made the right choice. Twigs handled all meeting, emails, payments, etc. with such professionalism. Though Kate and I had talked about my vision several times, it was nerve wracking not knowing exactly what the flowers would look like on the day of the wedding. My nerves were eased when I saw how everything came out. Everything, and I mean everything, came out exactly like I had envisioned and even better! We received so many compliments about the table arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres. I would highly recommend Twigs to anyone for their wedding, event, or everyday arrangements. I cannot wait for our pictures to come back so I can relive it all and share pictures of the great work they did!

We dealt with a new event coordinator the month of the event. She was new so I cant completely fault her for not knowing all about the venue but I know if it were my job to know about my venue I would have. We had a slideshow to show but the coordinator didnt know how to use the technology she provided. Luckily Im savvy with things like this and figured out how to work it all. We were supposed to have a chicken and pork buffet but the pork was all that was served. That was unfortunate since several family members cannot eat pork because of blood pressure problems. Otherwise, the venue is gorgeous and made a beautiful venue. It was great for the rehearsal dinner and the food was delicious.

I heard about Twigs and was considering holding my wedding there. I submitted a form on their website to request a consultation. The form stated, "We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your complimentary consultation." Over three weeks went by until I finally received an email from them. Furthermore, when I stated this fact in my reply email, I didnt even get a response, forget about an apology. I will not beg someone to take thousands and thousands of dollars of my money. I would not recommend them as they obviously have no respect for potential customers and do not care about your business!

We had a rehearsal dinner at Twigs and found the staff to be accommodating in every way. There were a couple of minor glitches due to some things that did not get communicated when there was a staff turnover but they eagerly made amends. The evening was beautiful, the food delicious, the price was right and there was no stress on me as an out of town hostess. I have also had lunch there twice and it , too, is a wonderful experience. Just the right amount of food for a ladies lunch, tasty and beautifully presented.I would recommend to anyone.

Twigs did both my Bridesmaid Luncheon the day of my wedding, as well as all of my flowers. The results were spectacular. Lunch in the garden was tasty, pleasant, and very relaxing because they had everything taken care of to a T. Jim was a great listener and worked well with my mother and me so that we could have the best version of our vision for that represented the day itself. We loved them and would use them twenty times over, but Im planning on hanging onto this husband of mine.

I got married in the Twigs Tempietto a little over a year ago, and I still look back in wonder at how smoothly the whole thing went, and how beautiful it was! Emily the wedding planner was more than helpful- she made the whole process totally stress free for my wife and I. The food was great, the flowers were amazing, and both families couldnt stop raving about it. A++

When visiting Greenville, Twigs Tempietto is always at the top of my list to enjoy for lunch! The beautiful outdoor setting, delicious food, and great service are a special treat for my family. As an out of town visitor, it is always so nice to find a place to relax and enjoy special made food. Twigs Tempietto = one of Greenvilles true treasures!

Wow... I have seen a lot of florist designs in Greenville but Twigs is by far the best. They are unique and always give the wow factor. Twigs has always have left me more than impressed with their colors and modern flower arrangements. I will always be choosing Twigs florist when I visit Greenville from now on!

I have been using Twigs regularly for the last year and was really pleased until they dropped the ball last week. I called on a Wed afternoon for a Thurs morning delivery that never made it. I was very disappointed.

Last week I ordered an arrangement for my bosses birthday, and the customer service was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The flowers still look beautiful! Best florist in town.
