THE MAIL BOX SAGA CONTINUES, I AM NOT SURE WHO HAS EVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE DOWN HERE IN FLORIDA, BUT I KNOW I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM AFTER THIS MAILBOX THING IS FIXED. ON MONDAY THEY DELIVERED SOME FURNITURE TO MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND THEY BROKE MY MAILBOX POST. THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION AND SAID THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE OUT ON MONDAY TO REPLACE AND FIX IT. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED TO SEE WHERE MY MAIL BOX WAS AND THAT I CANNOT GET MY MAIL WITH NO MAIL BOX. WELL IT IS NOW WEDNESDAY AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A THING FROM THIS COMPANY SO I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING ON IT ON MONDAY WAS OFF TODAY, WERE THEY GOING TO CALL AND TELL ME THIS MAN WAS OFF TODAY? HELL NO! NOW I AM INFORMED THAT BY FRIDAY I SHOULD HAVE MY MAILBOX, THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP, I AM 64 YEARS OLD AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE RUNNING DOWN THE STREET CHASING THE MAIL CAR TO GET MY MAIL, AS OF TODAY WEDNESDAY I STILL HAVE NO MAIL BOX, NO COMMUNICATION FROM BADCOCK FURNITURE AND IT WAS NOT EVEN OVER SOMETHING I DID.THIS COMPANY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE. AND I AM FURIOUS, IF YOU WERE SMART DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND IF I DO NOT HAVE A MAIL BOX BY FRIDAY AM GOING TO CALL A TV STATION AND SEE IF THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND SEE HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE MADE EXCUSES TO AND NOT HELPED OR COMMUNICATED WITH. I AM NOT DONE WITH THIS YET BELIEVE ME, IF I COULD I WOULD PICKET THE PLACE AND REALLY LET THEM KNOW HOW I FEEL, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERE NOT EVEN COMING TO MY HOUSE TO MAKE A DELIVERY. BUNCH OF JERKS IF YOU ASK ME! CORPORATE OFFICES WERE OF NO HELP EITHER, THEY ALSO MADE EXCUSES TO ME. HORRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU ASK ME, THE SAD PART IS THE PEOPLE THAT WERE GETTING THE DELIVERY EVEN CALLED THEM THEY SAW IT HAPPEN, YET NOT A WORD FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL I CALLED THEM AND MORE THAN ONCE. I WOULD SAY RANT OVER BUT IT IS NOT UNTIL THIS COMPANY DOES RIGHT BY ME AND FIXES WHAT THEY BROKE. If I could i would rate it a big fat zero if anything for lack of customer service period!

Several years ago I bought 3 rooms of furniture from them. We had just moved into a new house, my wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant, and we had already sold our old furniture, and so we needed the bedroom furniture quickly. They told us that they would deliver it all on Saturday. Saturday came and went, they were closed Sunday. I called Monday and they were apologetic but they couldnt deliver again until the next Saturday. This happened 2 more weekends! My wife and I were sleeping on a mattress and it was almost time for our son to be born. I was furious and complained to the corporate office and the furniture was FINALLY delivered. I had a dishwasher that I was still paying for and they waived the rest of the balance for that (about $100) to "make things right." So after my account was settled I told them that I would NEVER be back. I have kept my word. For the last 16 years I have used the Combee Road location for all of my ongoing furniture and appliance needs. They are outstanding. The owners at the Auburndale location suck eggs.

Went into Badcocks on Hughes Rd, Auburndale. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Was not greeted as we entered the store (3 people at counter, not customers). Went on over to look for a mattress set, looked and talked for about 10 minutes, still no came to help us or even to say Hello. We walked around for about another minute, Still not acknowledged that we were even in the store. Walked out - was not even acknowledged that we left. I will not be back to shop at this location. Most likely lost a sale, as we had planned on buying. Once again the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I dont know how they stay in business with the employees they have working for them. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Dont ever order from these guys!! Theyre nothing but liars. This has got to be the worst service Ive received in years!!! They said my couch would get delivered on Friday afternoon, i got a call from them on Thursday afternoon, saying "They were on their way to my house and theyd be there shortly" they never showed up. Comes friday, i gave them a call, they told me Id receive my order on Saturday morning. Saturday comes, i called them and was told that "Its on its way, Id receive today for sure" but i never got my freaking couch delivered to me!! And when i called back they were freaking closed. Ill never do business with you guys again.

The workers her lie and are very rude. We was told if we had the couch delivered they would take the old couch, first they sent the wrong couch then never took the old couch. 1st they say they didnt write it on the invoice then one employee said there was not enough room on the truck but then another employee said we was the second to last stop. It was a mess the employees are horrible and hung the phone up on me. I would say order online and never go into the store. they are horrible.

Bought a leather sofa for close to $1000 almost two years ago. The sofa is falling apart, the leather is peeling off. I called the store, they offer one year warranties only. They werent willing to help me research the company to file a complaint with them. Be careful, I dont think they offer high quality merchandise.

The service was exceptional! A sales rep met with me in a professional manner. I didnt get the impression they were just trying to shove a sale down my throat. Payment plans are beyond reasonable, once youre credit line is established. Just all around friendly staff and professional service

They are nothing but a bunch of money hungry people.... They try and say you are late/ missing a payment which isnt so. And I will never be doing business with them. And I wouldnt recommend anyone using this place and trying to steal money from peoples wallets....
