I have bought from Badcock for years. Im so disappointed at the Haines City Badcock. After buying a sofa& only sitting on it about 5 times a board broke in the back. & you would sit real low when sitting down. Very uncomfortable. I had to taje it back to the store myself to have it fixed. Then they didnt order the new cusions for it. So after waiting with no sofa for 2 weeks we had to wait again! Then they had the nerve to tell me i had to continue paying on it while it was out for repairs! & added late charges on top of that! While sofa was with them for repairs i moved. So they then told me i would have to come pick it up myself! So disappointed. Dont know if i will continue to buy from them ..

After having a account for 2 years with Badcock furniture in Haines city florida with Very (Good Standing) with the credit Bureau Payment History Paying Badcock furniture . I had to have my credit pulled again to purchase another item that I wanted to buy. It was a mower my credit limit was $1,150 it went Down to $1,000 and I was told i had to put more money down to get the mower. In which I wasnt able to do at that time. If I can give them a zero I will. I THINK ITS UNFAIR LENDING PRACTICE.

I talked to a salesman Sunday and picked out a mattress and box springs over the phone. I was told I could order this purchase without signing but I live in MY so had my son go in and sign today. I was given a price and today the price was 100.00 more. The sales man never told me the sale ended that day and wouldnt take my money via credit card. That a way to business, I dont understand. For this reason I am not happy with this store.

Prices seemed ok. Walked around store for 30+ minutes, never even ackowledged by any of the 3 employees working at the time (2 PM on 6/11), even when we first walked in. Left and made my purchase at another retailer later the same day.

Went here recently and they have good selection of furniture and prices were very reasonable. Im still shopping so cant speak to customer service or delivery, but sales people were helpful.
