So I wanted to trade in my iPod nano 7 for $35 and the iPod had a small dent in the back so I called them and asked them if they would take the iPod and I explained to them that there was a dent in the back and they told me that with the dent they would give me $20 and I came in the next day and I tried to trade it in for $20 and they said they cant take it due to the dent even after the employee on the phone told me they would take it..... from now on I get my games from Walmart.

Employees obviously do not care to answer the phone. If you call in to inquire about availability of a product expect to get sent to voice mail.
