I went to this store to get a new headset for X-box live. Upon bring it up to the counter the normal amount of chit chat happened. during this myself, one worker and the manager talked about the new Star Wars game that is coming out. I myself dislike the idea, the plot and just everything about it. After saying much to that effect, I was informed, rather hotly, why I was wrong by the manager, telling me that I should keep my mouth shut until I read the plot info online, and that I should just all around keep my mouth shut. The other worker cut in, talking about the cool force powers as he gave me my money, which i put in my wallet. Then I turned and left, on the way out I was told "thanks, come again" I responded with "No, I dont think so." the manager asked "Why" I responded with "I dont want to be berated every time I come here for having a different opinion then you. It is kinda sad that you would talk that way to a paying costumer." The manager responed by cursing and going "Get out of my store" I gave a short bow and said "With pleasure" That will be the last time I go to that store for a while, if ever again. Dont go here, go to another store, or to Best Buy or somewhere else. Just NOT HERE.

me and my sone went to this store today and the clerk was fine at the start! we went in looking for starwars lago game for the xbox360 he wanted, well seeing that the games were alittle cheaper, i had alittle more money to spend. well we took the starwars game up, and the clark graped it and scaned it while me and my son where chatting about getting one more game. and he said that will be 12.99, and i said we r thinking about getting one more game.so give us 2mins and he tossed the starwars game down on the desk and was saying something as he turned...i was like really? and he said whatever..my son was walking back to grab the other game he wanted and needless to say i had to call him back and we left with out the games! yes myson was upset at first but we went to walmart and i just paid full price! hes playing the game has i type and i am looking for a # to call the owner of this store! the people that work at this store blow me away now that i see thay have done this to others.thay will never see my money or anyones money that i know! thanks for reading and have a blessed day!

I called looking for the new Legend of Zelda game after other stores told me they didnt have it, and they told me they had plenty of copies. Before driving there, I called again just to be sure, and they would not answer. I tried for an hour to get a hold of them and they would not answer. I had someone else call from a different number, and they answered immediately and told her they didnt have the game. It sure looks like they were deliberately ignoring calls from my number. Ive wasted a big part of my day chasing this game because of them. Very unhappy, and will probably just order this from Amazon.

The manager here is always respectful and nice. The newer employees are equally as knowledgeable and helpful. For a while, there was a kid or two working here that found it necessary to use excessive and vulgar language around me just because he thought we were friends after I said hello. Luckily those employees were removed and im not afraid to shop here in hopes he or she isnt working. These guys are great on returns and helping you find the right game. They cut slack when they can and are never rude or intrusive.

Bought a used game from this store . Was on the shelf but not behind the registers. So thy orders it from a different store to be shipped to my house. Took 17 day to arrive and on putting it into my system it would not read. Took it to the store and asked for a refund, where I was informed that thy dont give money back after 7 days. last $ I will spend at any Game Stop. Manager was not willing to see the dilemma and only give me store credit.
