The service was terrible. The representative expected me to have all font names memorized. When I didnt know the exact name of a font to use he told me that he would just choose for me. He went back to his desk for a few minutes then told me to come back to view his computer. He was willing to show me the difference between slanted and not slanted for the font he chose. When I asked to see another font for comparison in an old English style, he kept insisting that I tell him the name (instead of just clicking on a different choice). The price was not told up front and was a complete rip off. I provided my own paper for printing of a date in large print one time and was charged $25 plus tax. Stay away!

Excellent costumer service and product quality. I used them for both large and small printing jobs while planning for a major company event for the first time and couldnt be happier with their service. They took the stress out of the process by actually finishing print jobs ahead of time and the quality of the prints were always outstanding.
