Have made multiple attempts of using this store during past three years, each time giving myself a promise to never enter it again. On one of these occasions I was told that printing a poster takes 48 to 72 hours and there is no way to get it done otherwise. Went to another store - had file with poster e-mailed to Laurel and picked up finished work in less then two hours. On another occasion employee refused to take back large packaging box which did not fit because of "... you taped it - if I (the employee) did the taping it would be returnable." On 10/15/15 yet another employee who refused to give his name, but provided a name of unavailable supervisor, refused to scan in and provide receipt for drop-off of international FedEx express package with label and whole packet of export paperwork printed from FedEx website and full AES clearance, stating that I cant drop off the package unless I hand-fill paper commercial invoice at this store. Ive been using FedEx for international shipments for over a decade - first time had service refusal and definitely last time I stepped into this store. Place is conveniently located close to University of Maryland, but if you value your time and want the work done efficiently better drive elsewhere.

OMG, First I would like to say I dont, believe the "Unprofessionalism" ..is deliberate, nor the, fast acting/rushy customer service. When, I paid this establishment a visit yesterday, I needed some forms real simple nothing "Complicated"..that I had emailed, to this location I was told twice from the employee"s in the "Store"..that it was, not there & put in the "Position" as a Customer, to feel that I was taking up, to "MUCH" of the employee "s time..something that a Customer is, not ever suppose to feel .. Here" s the thing, my experience was 01... I am giving it a 01 because, the employee"s did not, seem "PROPERLY" Trained..that is a Management issue.. I will personally "Never" Refer Anyone to this location.. Customer Service is A MUST Without that there is "NO BUSINESS"

Fed Ex is the most unresponsive service that I have used in awhile. They must believe that since they are a mega corporation it doesnt matter how poor their customer service is. Lazy and dishonest drivers, who dropped me off their route one day , no doubt to end their own day more quickly. Go back to their facility with my delivery and claim they tried to deliver it. Two problems with that, one I was home all day waiting for that delivery and two, the louse didnt leave a door tag. The are rude and indifferent , hope one day the tide will turn and this lowest grade customer service will catch up with them.

This is the worst FedX location to do business with. Even the managers David-& Penelope even worst the so call receptionsist Angelina who tells the customers all of the name above are in confeance calls lol... How can a manager forget to credit the account after a wk until I notice the money is not on the account. Mangers tells me to call a 800 number due to she is not able to see any of the transactions done.... N the number that was provide was a pickup & tracking package .... Wow how cant u not give me the billing dep #..... THATS THE WORST LOCATION AND RUDE SERVICE EVER IMAGINE...

I just needed to use the Wi-Fi, which was SLOW as molasses. I wont be back here for Wi-Fi, thats for sure. Also, the bathrooms were not being maintained. How about no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towels. I had to let a staffperson know before I left, so the next person wouldnt be in an awkward position, so to speak... also the parking meters right in front of the store max out at 1 hour, so youll have to keep refilling with coins if you plan to stay longer than that. OR just park a few feet further out in the parking lot, where the meters max out at 3 hours.

I came in trying to get an single oversize print done, with files on a USB drive. After the print came out messed up twice, the worker who handled it (the manager, I believe, in this case) told me theres something wrong with my file. I knew there was nothing wrong with the file, but he kept insisting. So I went to a different FedEx (10250 Baltimore Ave), where they printed it from the same file just fine right away.

I work in the area and use this FedEx all the time - Ive never had a problem (aside from a long-ish shipping line, but that sometimes happens - it takes a while to enter shipping info into the database, so be patient!). The staff have always been courteous, shipping prices are fair, and my package, no matter where in the world Im shipping to, always arrives on time and damage-free.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Took them 24 hours to print three sheets on card stock. When I called to inquire about my job, I was given nothing but attitude while she (Edwina) made excuses why a simple job took so long to produce. I had to physically go in and stand there till she completed my job. Will never use this location again!

Do not rely on the posted hours of operation. I arrived after 8am. According to their phone recording, hours of operation listed on the front door and online; they should have been opened over an hour prior to my arrival. Dont use this location if you need them to be open at a certain time.

Normally I do not have any issues with this location, however on 7/29/17 I posted a package to Miami 2 business days, that means it should be there on Tuesday this package was delivered on Thurday, 8/3/17 two days late. Making me miss an important deadline. This totally sucks fedex!

Stop hating..you act like you cant wait... Go sit down somewhere. I have had great experiences with staff. Even waited during a computer hard reboot... Took some time but they explained and asked for patience... HOME TRAINING...next time pay attention, mama mot talking for nothing.

Three times Ive tried to use this location only to be driven away by bad manners and low quality service. This is made worse by the paid parking, messy store front, and lack of useful information (e.g. prices). If you want to have a bad experience, this is the place for you.
