I write this so that others may know of the service par excellence that I received from Randy and the staff at B&B Duplicators. I had an immediate deadline for two bound copies of a document of about 250 pages which I needed printed, bound and delivered to an office at GWs Foggy Bottom campus. I couldnt believe how quickly and professionally they managed the work. I emailed the document at 10:30 a.m., and before noon, the folks at GW emailed me to say they had received it. The price was very reasonable and the quality of service was incredible. Just when you think service like this isnt available anywhere, you find someone like B&B who does exactly what they said they would do, on time, with no fuss and bother. Thank you, again, Randy! I really appreciate your help. Your customer service is awe-inspiring! Keep up the great work! Folks, USE THESE PEOPLE, you wont regret it.

First and last time - I had to call for everything: used their online service and requested a quote for a simple print job (I supplied the materials), did not receive a follow-up call and had to call the next day; placed job order and I was told a rep would come to office to pick up job the next morning, no show and had to call to them for status; completed the print job the next day and everything seemed to be in order and had to call about the invoice after waiting for two weeks, and to date, I have not received the invoice. They give too many excuses for failing to communicate with a customer....will not use their services again!!!!!

I have been working with B&B for over 5 years now and they are the best in the business. I am an event planner, and whether it is briefing books, signage, invitations, or graphic design they are the best. I trust Randy and his team so much, that when it came to my wedding I went to them to help me with all of the graphic design and mock up for my welcome gifts and maps that I left in my guests rooms. We produced an 8pp daily newsletter during a 6 day conference in July which called for very early mornings and short turn-around times. We found B&B to be fabulously fast, efficient and reliable - in short - truly professional! The product looked great and and was well received. I just ran by there to print something off in a pinch. I called first- the guy answered the phone within 2 rings and was very friendly, saying "sure come on over and we can take of that for you." I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very reasonable prices. A nice alternative to the Kinkos or FedEx were customer service can sometimes be lacking. Also, the "old print shop" look- messy but quaint- was refreshing.

I submitted a rush duplexed, digital copy job that needed to be cut. They turned it around within 1/2 day and even called to tell me when it was done. My father was a retail printer. B&B looks and smells like an old fashioned print-shop and provided me with a touch of nostalgia. It offers high-touch customer service along with a fairly substantial range of products from a small shop.

B&B is the best printing store I have ever been to!!!! They do exactly what you want and they will redo what you want for free until it is PERFECT/exactly what you want!!! They are so nice and efficient. BEST PRICE TOO! I seriously love them! I dont ever want to get prints anywhere else.
