Avoid this location! Ive patiently waited for my issue to be resolved but now that were in the second month, I have to inform others of my experience. First of all, my wife and I have frequented this location for years and the woman who works there (its always been the same person when weve gone in) is far from polite, let alone jovial. She always seems annoyed at the very least - perhaps due to the fact that shes the only person working there? At any rate, we have dropped off our packages and never had an issue, other than long wait times and rude service. But, what do most people care about service when Im simply dropping a package off? At any rate, I had to drop a package off for a return in June and I also had to purchase an item in their "store." I accidentally threw the wrong receipt out when I got home, a fact I learned a few weeks later when the item did not arrive at its destination. I went back to the store and explained the situation, I was told by my good friend behind the counter that a request like mine could be pulled up in the computer (since I had a time-stamped receipt of the transaction immediately after mine),but that it would take a few days because she was "busy." I was as polite as possible, 1. because I try not to be a jerk in general, but 2. because I realized this was my fault and she was going out of her way to accommodate me. She gave me an email address to follow up and I did when I got home. I wrote the email address again a week later to check in and no response. Then three days later, but this time I received a response from the Glover Park location saying I was given the incorrect email and then I was provided with the Tenleytown one. To make a long six weeks, very short - Ive emailed this address four times. I have received the automated response each time, but no only once did I get a personalized response. It read "thanks." I still have no idea what that response was too. My emails have all been standard, asking about the transaction number and the location of the package. I have purposefully copied and pasted the same email since day 1 to ensure I kept it very professional. As I said, its now been nearly two months and still no word. When things go fine at this store, despite the rude service, its great. Packages get where they are going, but really we should judge how a store operates and responds when things dont go smoothly. This situation has clearly demonstrated that the employee of this location cannot be bothered to assist a faithful customer in a bind. Thats sad and Ill be going to Glover Park or another FedEx office in the future.

Jasmine at this location gave me absolutely the worst customer service and lost a FedEx customer for good. I came in to look at the box prices on the sign that said, "box sizes available" and the box size I needed was around $4. Jasmine immediately says, "dont worry about that, Iall take care of it." She then proceeded to take my item and pack it in a box 3x the size of my item. She then told me that because of the "large size", the shipping was going to be nearly $100. And because she "professionally" packed it and put tap on the box, I would be charged $17. I asked why it wasnt the $4 box I was looking at and she responded with "oh we dont even carry those, its just what we have to put up." I ended up standing outside to store calling to get ahold of a manager.

This location is very helpful, its AMAZING! The young lady there Jasmine is always on top of everything! I run a business so im there multiple times a week! She is also VERY FAST & all about getting you in & out with great customer service! FedEx has earned a permanent customer because of Jasmine!

Never use this FedEx location. They are so unbelievably slow it has taken me 30 minutes to ship 1 package with a prepaid label.

Consistently rude, condescending and unhelpful service. Avoid if you can - or @fedex, replace the staff and management there.
