The customer service is always good if not great. Sometimes Ill get the same drink and itll taste a bit different though. My biggest problem is that they run out of my favorite items too often, like the tomato, spinach and mozzarella sandwich, cold brew, and stuff for the strawberry acai refresher. If they could figure out how to have those all in stock constantly then Id rate it 5 stars. Also when Ive used the wifi there its always worked perfectly no matter how many other people have been on it. But because so many people like it the parking lot is often full and it can get very crowded.

Perfect location and always clean. Definitely had too long of a wait time so I usually use my app to order ahead. For some reason coffee here doesnt taste the same/as good as the Starbucks in Rehoboth but I still stop at this location when Im in Dover. Super excited to have Starbucks in Dover, it really brings an upgrade to the area!

Hands down one of the slowest drive thru. Im not basing this off of one experience, but off of many! I literally just left the drive thru after sitting for 13 mins and not one single car moved. They need more efficient staffing for the drive thru.

Very rude service... I asked for a item on secret menu and she then proceeds to tell me rudely that I need to tell her how to make it. Where is the f***ing please in that statement I havent a clue lets just say I drove off and never will go back.

I always order a ice coffee with half and half creamer and French vanilla flavoring and out of all the Starbucks Ive been to this place makes my drink PERFECT every time and I never complain about it. Thank you so much Dover Starbucks!

Its Starbucks, we all know what that means. The thing that might be different is the staff, very nice and helpful, and the access, drive through backs up badly in the morning. Go inside if you can, or dont be in a hurry.

Had a great time at our USO event "Coffee Conversations". Got to have one of the seasoned baristas teach our operations director how to make a "flat white". Was a fun event, and staff at this location was awesome.
