My credit card number was stolen on 2/14/11 at this location. The owner (Elisa? Alisa?) was so rude about it. It was a debit card and I was out $1500. When I inquired as to whether something was discovered, her curt reply to me was that I "Should be patient and [she] was handling it". I fought with my bank, and finally got the money back, never heard ANOTHER word from anyone at Brew Ha Ha about, but did hear it happened to a lot of people. Thats not good customer service. Yes they have wonderful coffee, but I wont support someone who isnt pro-consumer.

Went there for the first time last weekend. Service was VERY slow for Saturday afternoon; the place was rather busy and I could only see one employee working. The coffee was good and the pastries were delicious. I do not like the hot chocolate at any of the Brew HaHa! locations though.

Sandwiches are better at the Wilmington location and are probably shipped in from there. A little expensive and not as fresh as you would expect for the price. Staff is great and if you read the paper or magazines this is a decent place to have a cup of coffee.

The house coffee at Brew HaHa is better than any other coffee shop in the area. The atmosphere is quirky without being overdone and theyve got some really good sandwiches and bagels.

Lovely little place, friendly employees, outdoor sitting area, great atmosphere. Only complaint is lack of a couch inside, but thats not a big deal. Recommended!

The Pike Creek Brew HaHa is great. Lovely staff, clean, and they let me sit around reading and people watching until Im brain dead.
