I am a customer of yours in your Cheshire location and I usually dont do this but I felt I should let someone know how disappointed I was in the service I received from your store in my town. I found my items with relative ease, the guys in the store stocking shelves and otherwise were more than helpful to help me find what I couldnt. For the most part I like your store, selection and prices. But everything went awry when I get to the checkout process. This really nice cashier Dillon was struggling a bit with the register as it was running a little slow that day. The people in front of me had to wait for the register to "catch up" so he could finish ringing them out. So it was my turn and Dillon was ringing me up and had a couple small issues with pricing, My Big Y card not going through etc.... But none of this was the issue. The issue was a supervisor named Dominique. Her attitude was terrible towards Dillon like he was bothering her to take care of a customer. He asked for a supervisors override and she yelled the supervisor number from across the store from the courtesy desk to his register in the 4th aisle. He tried countless times to input the number to no avail. Finally he asked her to come over and help. I have never seen so much attitude from a supervisor to a employee before. Total disdain and malice in front of a customer berating Dillon who cant be more than 18 years old. She tops it off with I am not in charge anymore, this person is. If this grocery store is supposed to have a family feel, this is no family I want to part of. She was more interested in talking and laughing with her girlfriends than helping an employee and more importantly a customer.. Very Dissatisfied..

The crew themselves are great, but the head front manager is entirely unprofessional and rude. I go to this store every week with a 93 year old WWII veteran, and while helping him find his Big Y card when we got interrupted and i got accused of stealing from the gentleman that i take to the store every week, where we say hi to said manager almost every week, bc i "looked like a punk". If it was up to me id never step foot into this store again.

Big y has some good deals, most of the good deals though include having to have gold coins for the cheap prices. They do a lot of buy 2 get 1 free deals, but they charge twice as much so it really ends up being more like buy 2 get 1 free. Id much rather go to any other store for my grocerys.

Always very organized and helpful and friendly...prices are a little high for our big family, but a great place to grab last minute forgotten items from your normal grocery runs, especially since it is close to home and has very fresh items.

This store used to be a smaller store called everybodies. Besides the big y branding and coin structure everything is about the same. Employees are nice, one even ran behind the closed bakery counter to snag me a cupcake :)

Love this grocery store. Great prices for meats and a wonderful selection for the salad bar. They also make really good sandwiches at the deli counter. Much better than a subway sandwich and cheaper!
