Absolutely horrendous service. The Orchards location in Colorado was having a BOGO 50% off sale. My mother and I each got a pair of shoes and mine was the lesser amt. The girl at the register couldnt do simple math and decided that my total should be more staying that the computer told her so. Ridiculous. After waiting 20 mins for the manager, the manager found that we were right but said she couldnt do anything about it. I will never stop at Off Broadway again or the new store that a sales girl told us this was becoming. Youve lost our business. Well go to Famous Footware next store first.

horrible customer service I was sold shoes at the wrong price never again will I shop at this place again the management at this location is very poor manager vangie no help and had an attitude did nothing to do to help the customer.

Huge selection of shoes. Went looking for a pair of shoes to wear to a holiday party & got a great deal on a sale pair of shoes, I recommend hitting the sales racks in the back first.
