I always have good luck finding whatever shoes I am looking for at DSW. My latest visit was yesterday and a sales associate named Meryln helped me, not once but four different times. She was attentive, helpful, professional and a lot of fun. Needless to say I found what I was looking for and had Meryln not helped I would have left without the sandals (that were in the back not on the shelf) I needed. I cant say enough great things about DSW: selection, quality, and price are fabulous but its personnel like Meryln that make the experience a whole lot more pleasurable! Thanks

Love this store! So easy to see everything as opposed to say a Payless Shoe Store setup. They also have a very wide selection with a great return policy. I also like their rewards program and free shipping to your door (should you need a different size). Customer Service at this particular store is great. Personally I like that they just let you shop, unless you have questions, in which they are fast to stop what they are doing to help you.

had issues with 2 different pairs of shoes over the years and multiple pairs of shoes I have bought here, was handled both times very well replacing the shoes, even special ordering some that werent in stock

Love the selection and the clearance section is nice as well. Great purses and accessories too :) The employees could learn a bit more on customer service though.

They carry most brands from what I can tell. Id usually come here over other shoe places. Ive found some nicer new Sperrys here on clearance too!

Manager wasnt helpful at all.... Usually the employees are solid... But last trip pushed me off for a while.... Online shopping prevails...

Why would you buy shoes anywhere else? They have designer shoes for under half price and they regularly email you good discounts.
