I was there on 04/02/2016 looking for a pair of purple converse, the two guys that were working came over to help us and get our sizes. One of them came out said they did not have my size but they did have it in another color if i wanted to try it on. I did and asked if there was another store that had the shoe in purple. They then told me the only store that had it was aurora, but then my friend who continued to look around found my size in the purple I was looking for. They went back and said they only had the one in that size it had some how got mismatched and did not have the other shoe. At this point I was just over being in that store and dealing with people that obviously did not know anything about the products they have and I walked out. My friends paid for their shoes and one of the managers who had also been helping us said "I also work at flat irons mall, I will get the shoes from there and bring them here for her. Ill have them Thursday." I went in today, Thursday 04/07/2016. Not only was the manager who said he would have the shoes not working but the shoes were not even there. I will not be returning to this store and for future your so called managers shouldnt tell customers they are going to do something for them and not follow through.

I had a birthday coupon for 15% off. The employees couldnt figure out how to apply it but lied and said they did apply it. I asked them 2 times if it was applied. I now get home and realize they lied and only discounted 7.5%. Now I gotta take it up with corporate. Smh...

They didnt have the boots I wanted. Pleasant "lonesome" mam had them ordered for me. 5 stars for the Miss and zero for the manager. For having 1 employee during this busy season. Hell the morgue has 2 recipients.
