Brian was absolutely fantastic, offering exemplary customer service and making me, not only a fan, but a customer for life. I had a pair of shoes that I had had for quite some time but they broke in a way that should not have happened (imo). I contacted New Balance headquarters, they explained that I needed to contact my point of sales, Foot Locker. I contacted them and they were rude to me and basically laughed me off the phone. I didnt want to talk to New Balance headquarters because I wanted to talk to someone face to face. I went in here and had a chat with Brian, he explained that even though they were independently owned and operated he wanted me to be a customer of their store because I love the New Balance Minimus shoes. His attitude and professional demeanor has had me raving about him and the store all week. Thanks for being here and doing what you do.

Excellent store. Called in and spoke with a young man. He was extremely friendly - refreshingly so. Went in yesterday - a Saturday. Was helped by a young woman named Lindsey. I have plantar fasciitis which I would not wish on my worst enemy. We had a great exchange. Lindsey listened attentively to me, she shared the knowledge and experience she had acquired by working in the shoe business. What I appreciated the most is that she validated my knowledge and experience I had acquired by having the condition and seeking the help of professionally trained physicians. She was not pushy. I asked about their sales cycles and if they had any coming up. She answered my question. I will definitely be going back and would encourage you to check them out. They are one of the few athletic shoe stores that carries wide width sizes of most of their shoes.

I went to the New Balance Store on Saturday May 9, 2015. The store had just opened and Mike Napolitano came over to greet me. I have to say that I have never had such wonderful customer service as what I received from Mike - he listened to what I was looking for, talked me through some options they had, offered me water while I waited for him to go in the back and get a few pairs of shoes for me to try on and then sat with me while I tried on each pair. I was so impressed with what a wonderful job he did I bought 2 pairs of shoes from him! I would recommend this store to everyone and especially recommend Mike. Thank you Mike for the great care you took with me and my feet!! :-)

I have been battling a foot injury for awhile. My friend turned me on to new balance. The marketing in the 247 line was great. The new balance store in Littleton was easy to find and parking was no problem. Lloyd helped me get fitted and out the door quickly. I would recommend New Balance, the 247, the Littleton Shop, and Llyod to anyone looking to have a great shoe buying experiance. This store is privately owned and is dialed. 5 stars to NB and Llyod, thanks man!

A New Balance shoe customer for over 25 years and I am seriously disappointed in the way they are going: athletic shoes and expensive athletic wear. Casula and hiking shoes are no longer available. Not the stores fault - bad strategy for a store in a neighborhood with a heavy senior population. In the store twice in the past week and all of the other customers except one were over 40 and many were over 60.

The best running shoes I have ever owned but this store only had about 5 types and of course the one I wanted to try on, they didnt have in my size. The staff couldnt even tell me the difference between an older model and the new v2, wow. That was a waste of a 30+ mile drive. Stay away if your a runner!

Im very anti customer service people who bug me and try to upsell me. I usually just walk out and go somewhere else. Lloyd was super awesome, Ill be shopping here again soon.
