Shopping at the store has single-handedly been the worst experience of my life. After calling twice to see where my phone that they said would show up after two days was, they could not give me a straight answer. When Im finally went into the store l, it turned out they had not actually successfully ordered the phone. I went back into the store two days later at which point they said the phone would have arrived, and they told me that they would call me when it arrives and it was not necessary to be there. I demanded shipping status, and I found out that the phone have not actually been ordered yet again. When I told them I wanted a refund, they said that I would be waiting weeks to get an iPhone from any other store. They told me that my refund will be processed within a couple days and to be patient, at which point I drove to a corporate Verizon store and picked up an iPhone immediately. After dealing with them being rude, and stating that I would not even be able to find a phone, I found one at another store, but Im now out for the cost of two cell phones as they have still not processed my refund a WEEK LATER. So I guess it doesnt matter if they dont get my return business, because apparently they still have a hold of my money. The store is an absolute scam! I would not recommend the store to even my worst enemy!

This place is a SCAM- They present themselves as a true Verizon store but they are not they are privately owned and are not a corporate store. With that being said if you get on the verizon edge program be careful they mark up their phones over $100 more expensive than verizon. You wont see this till it is too late. On top of that once you do realize they charge a $50 restocking fee and tell you thats what Verizon charges. After talking to Verizon they restock fee is only $35 so they mark that up on you too. We brought this to the managers attention and she told us they were closing early and kicked us out of the store so we couldnt even return the phones. This place is a total scam!!!!!!!!

Purchased a phone here 1 year ago. Was sold on a $200 "complete protection plan". I was told that if my phone broke, it would be replaced, "no questions asked". My phone broke after 1 year, I took the phone in and I was told I had to pay another $150 deductible or pay full retail for a new phone. After complaining that this was not what I was told a year ago, I was told that owners offer stands. I can pay the $150 for a new version of the same phone or upgrade to a new one for full retail. Customer service was the worst I have ever received. Store employees were disrespectful and clearly had no interest in retaining my business. Do not shop here.

BEWARE: this is a Verizon "Cellular Plus" store meaning that is independently owned - they charge EXTRA for services rendered for free at Verizon Wireless (not cellular plus) stores. The staff was wonderful in ordering me a replacement for a Verizon phone under warranty. HOWEVER, when I returned with my warranty replacement and asked for help in activating it, the MANAGER REFUSED to help me unless I paid a $15 fee (for what turned out to be about a 3 minute process). When I explained to her that I was told at Verizon that they would help me with this, she rudely told me to "go back to that other store." The staff was great but the manager was RUDE.

I came in yesterday as a new customer and was greeted by a manager named Beth. If it wasnt for a man named Sam that stepped in I honestly would have left to a different Verizon store. I have to say that my experience with Beth was one of the most frustrating experiences as she was rude, argumentative and wouldnt listen to my needs as a new customer. She never once asked me if I wanted to transfer over my old number, luckily Sam took care of me and got me my same number. I am rating this a 1 star only because of my service from Beth, if I had come in and only delt with Sam this review would have been a 5.

I have been a Verizon customer since 2004. I have visited many locations in the Denver area over that time but have never had a better experience than I had at this location. Paul was amazing! The staff worked as a team and every member of that team made me feel like I was important. I showed up near closing time and purchased my first Smart Phone. Paul stayed late to show me the basics of using my new phone and they kept the store open after hours to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. By far the best experience I have had in a phone store.

Ignore the bad reviews, I was recently in this store and the employees were beyond helpful, they told me they were under new management and it was obvious they worked hard to train all employees. Sam was super helpful in finding me the best phone with a great plan that worked for me, he also got me a discount through my job :) Sam also told me he will call me next time they have iPads on sale because Ive really been wanting one! Its great that the employees are going above and beyond for customers rather than just trying to make a quick sale.

The family and I have been verizon customers for a very long time. Since opening, this location has been our favorite! The store manager Dom is fantastic and very helpful. Hubby and I have upgraded phones here twice and were here on black Friday getting a phone for our 9 year old. He recommended a great simple smartphone for her and because of the black Friday deals he was able to get us a couple of extra chargers, a phone case, a screen protector and a new Bluetooth speaker all for less than $50!

My wife and I have been using this location for several years and have always been more than pleased with the service we have gotten there. Have dealt with various staff members, but Danyl is above and beyond the best! She is always upbeat, personable, extremely helpful, easy to understand (we are seniors with our first smartphones) and makes the process stress free. We are lucky to have found her at this point in our technology challenged lives.

I decided to start an account with Verizon based on how great my experience was at this store. Paul was fantastic and helped me find the best plan and phone for my needs, was knowledgeable, and spent over an hour with me porting my business line in from another provider so I wouldnt have to change my business cards. I plan on coming back to switch my personal cell phone from another provider once my contract is up. Thank you again!

Do yourself a favor. Break both your ankles and knees and drag your hobbled body to an actual verizon store if you need anything verizon related. The experience will be far less painful than having to deal with cellular plus. Like others have said, this is a verizon retailer so dont expect to pay what you would at an actual verizon store or some place like costco (they upcharge to make more money).
